Caloundra Beach Hotels

The environment has nothing to say, the terrace is a beautiful beach! Also comes with a small pool. However, Trip.com It is said that it is the first four-star hotel in the surrounding area that has been opened in 24 years, but the facilities in the room are outdated, especially the bathroom. It looks like it was renovated 20 years ago. The supporting TV, air conditioning, and bathroom are very backward. The bathroom nozzles are fixed and very inconvenient to use. The 1 bedroom apartment we booked last minute had everything and more that we needed, a spa bath was an added bonus. Room was clean and large, highly recommend these apartments for a couple get away or family holiday.

We only stayed one night, but overall we were satisfied. The landlady was incredibly kind and very helpful. She told us to just ask if we needed anything. Our room was clean and tidy, and various appliances, such as a kettle, were provided. Each unit had its own parking space. The Wi-Fi signal was reasonably good and the speed was adequate. What bothered us were the thin walls, which made everything very noisy, and the street noise was clearly audible in the room! Furthermore, the beds were simply too soft; a restful sleep was impossible!

Booked in April, 2 weeks after booking renovations started, was not advised of renovations until 3 days prior to stay, was advised work was only Monday to Friday, they started work at 6am Saturday morning. No access to pool or BBQ facilities, no offer of compensation or anything.

This motel is located in a great location being close to most things and with the bus service in the area you can get anywhere on the coast. Clean and quiet, this make this a great place to stay.
