"The location of the hotel is first class, the center of the city center, 100 meters away is the seaside. Service standardization, feel good, beautiful decoration. "Great hotel, friendly owner. The hotel isn't staffed 24/7 though. We arrived quite late, but luckily the owner was waiting for us, so if you do book this hotel make sure you contact the owner beforehand to confirm your arrival time, incase you arrive too late and there's no staff waiting for you."

Guest UserAn enjoyable stay at this lovely independent hotel.( I think it is part of a small group of hotels, but St Julien is not like a chain hotel.
The bedroom was lovely and spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. The en-suite shower was walk in ( very easy for oldies like us) and with modern fixtures and fittings.
Breakfast which can be served in the dining room or in the garden was a plentiful continental offering- lots of choice and all delicious.
All the staff we encountered were efficient and friendly.
Hotel is situated a short walk from Les Halles and
approximately 20 minutes walk to the seafront.
We so enjoyed our stay that we booked for an extra night.

Very well equipped room with many small attentions (cooler, tea, coffee, hairdryer, muffins, mini bar (in addition), coating kit, demaquillating cotton, soap, shampoo, after shampoo, bottle of water...)
Very comfortable bedroom!

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and the hotel is located in the centre of the city.
We want to go back there !

Guest UserStayed in a lovely room on the 4th floor of the new building, featuring a huge balcony (terrace). The morning sun was a delightful mood booster, and the city view was simply charming.
Daily housekeeping, including fresh linen changes and replenishment of coffee pods and cookies (though not always consistent), really made it feel like a well-deserved three-star hotel.
I would definitely love to stay at this cozy hotel again on my next visit to Biarritz.

Gallo rosaA hotel just a stone's throw from the airport, easily reachable on foot. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. We stayed for 2 nights, and the only downside was that our room wasn't made up, and the linens weren't changed. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, self-service style. Public transport, like the bus, is just a 2-minute walk away, taking you to Biarritz city center and the train station. All in all, a good hotel, but they should re-evaluate the services mentioned above. That's why I didn't give the maximum rating. Thanks to the establishment anyway.

Excellent location. Trip and hotel do not warn you that you need a bank card as a deposit . Cash deposit refused to take, well that there was a acquaintance next door who provided his card. Otherwise it is unclear how to settle without a card. )
In the evening, noisy on the street, cafes and restaurants work late. And from the morning, the roof of the Lafayette Gallery was also very noisy.
In general, I am satisfied with the accommodation, thank you.

MikeSZVery central hotel in Biarritz, near restaurants, stores and the beach. It has a private car park. The price for Biarritz is great. One little thing to improve would be to add a fan in the bathroom as there is no window in the bathroom. Overall, good hotel.

Atrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered.
Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time.
At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave.
At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here.
This hotel is the ”Fawlty Towers” of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.

The room is very, very small, the window faces another wall, and there is air conditioning outside. Breakfast is not selected, but breakfast is actually included. The location is very good, just beside the *** and the beach, the bus can reach it directly. It rained on the day I went, so I probably won’t go live again

Guest UserWonderful friendly administrators! Delicious breakfasts! One thing is confusing: (distance to the thick of things, bus stop nearby, airport 10 minutes walk. Therefore, although not so frequent flights, the audibility is there. But I arrived like crazy:) so I slept like a log. In general, I liked everything!)) There was no refrigerator in the room, but the receptionists kindly offered to put it in theirs!)
