Komodo Beach Hotels

The room was very large, and there was a mat on the foot of the bed. Later, we played with the baby on the mat, which was very nice. Dinner was settled in the restaurant by the hotel’s beach, which tasted good. The waiter provides mosquito repellent water to every table guest. The juice is especially recommended for breakfast, especially the mixed juice. Mrs. TM is delicious! ! It's all freshly squeezed juice without water. In Indonesia, the juice is so delicious, it is really different from the domestic juice. You can watch the sunset on the beach. It should be noted that the sunset is high tide and low tide in the morning. The area of the beach changes greatly. If you want to play well, it is best to go in the morning and have breakfast right there. We are catching crabs there. The crabs run fast and it is difficult to catch them. The hotel provides paid airport pick-up and drop-off service, 60,000 cars, and the time of arrival at the airport and flight number should be indicated in the remarks when placing the order. You can also take a taxi at the airport, 700,000 cars. If you want to fly a drone in Komodo, you need to apply for a permit in advance. It’s like 800 RMB. I don’t know where to do it, so I didn’t fly.... If you have a drone, you must bring it. Find out where to do it. The scenery of Modo National Park is so beautiful, the effect of shooting with a drone will be particularly good. The local price of Komodo Island Hopping Day Tour is basically the same as that of Flying Pig. You can book anywhere, and you can also book it in the hotel. If there are many people, it is highly recommended to charter a speedboat. It is too convenient and enjoys a geometric improvement. If the per capita price increases by less than RMB 200, it is worth upgrading the speedboat.

Overall, it was decent. There's a small beach right in front of the hotel. The main issue is that it's hard to get a car; Grab only offers motorbikes. To get a taxi, you need to find local drivers and add them on WeChat. Basic fares start at 40 yuan per trip. Labuan Bajo isn't a very big town, so if you're adventurous, you could rent a motorbike yourself. They do pick you up and drop you off at the hotel for trips to Komodo. Breakfast was okay, but since we were out exploring all day and just went to the pier for late-night snacks and walks in the evening, we really just used the hotel to sleep, so we didn't have high expectations. Oh, and Komodo is truly beautiful!

The accommodation was fine, the room well-equipped and with hot water. It's a bit out of the way (you know that when you book, of course), but with Grab it's not a problem. A bit more expensive by Indonesian standards. The staff are very friendly. We deducted a point for the restaurant; we didn't find the dinner that good, but it was relatively expensive. Bruschetta with tomatoes, for example, was not crispy at all; we were only there one evening. We also deducted points for incorrect information regarding prices (additional breakfast was offered online for less than on-site - but after inquiring, we got the cheaper price) and shuttle information. The airport shuttle is free; a taxi into town costs 100k, or about 20k with Grab. Nice pool and outdoor area.

The first 5* resort in Labuan Bajo. Room were huge and bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast spread werr adequate. Bonus point with the beach infront and with magnificent sunset view. Free shuttle to town areas.

Very cute hotel far away from the hussel and bussel of everything. While the distance might inconvenience some, that was exactly what we were looking for. As mentioned in the other comments, the hotel isn’t the easiest to get to as you have to go down a little goat path if you come in from the top of the mountain. Definitely recommend getting the shuttle offered by the hotel to pick you up from the airport as our taxi driver had a hard time finding it haha. Super friendly staff, ready to help no matter the issue, even carried our (and in my case very heavy) suitcases down the path. Food is average but prepared with care. Electricity and (hot) water is limited and internet is only available in the main area from 6-9pm but they extended that time for us as we were the only people there at that time. Cute little beach in front of the hotel though there is a lot of trash (not the hotel’s fault- visible across all the islands) Just 1 tip: BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY! 🤭

The hotel is opposite the Sylvia Hotel. The rooms are in general sanitary condition. The room is on a hillside. The hotel is on a very steep slope. The roads and beaches are average. The breakfast is very simple. The conditions for a rowboat to play nearby are much worse than Sylvia, but the price is also cheaper. Generally, it is very good for people who travel in an adventure spirit.
