GGuest UserThe sheets were clean but had small holes and definitely needed an upgrade. The bathroom was really dated and although it smelled clean it looked dirty. The shower had really low pressure. The ac unit was really loud. And if you’re a light sleeper be warned that chickens will wake you up at dawn.
The staff were friendly and they offered breakfast brought to your room, but I had to leave early so I did not get to eat here.
It was fine for one night, but some improvements are needed.

Aside from a little bit of peeling plaster on the walls, everything else was fine, just like the pictures provided by the guesthouse. And there was no odor, which I didn't expect. Overall, it was very clean, exceeded my expectations, and offered great value for money.

Nice, big room with the terrace and bathroom ( hot shower), Breakfast included with the booking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed on 3 separate occasions and left our lagguage with no issue. We asked for hot water every day which was delivered to room. Very good place to stay for the price in Labuan Bajo.

Excellent location. It is very close to the pier and is very convenient for diving. The room is spacious. There is also a large balcony with a sea view. The view from the breakfast terrace on the third floor is also great. The room was tidy. The receptionist was friendly. Komodo day tours offered at great prices. You can have breakfast early before setting off for diving every day.

Incredible view from the room overlooking the town & harbour. Spacious bathroom with low pressure shower and western toilet. Good working aircon. Nice big room - average cost 350k IDR /nignt (£17.50 / $35aud) Super friendly staff that all wanted to take pictures with me on arrival, about 8 happy faces to check me in! Great spot to stay before or after your Komodo trip! Not too far of a walk from the town but it is uphill so prepare for some sweaty walks / find a scooter rental in town

This was an absolute wonderful stay. The room was incredibly beautiful and the view breath-taking. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my stay, I would 100% visit again. I saw other reviewers complaining about accesibility and water availability. You're in a treehouse in the mountains, this is part of the charm. The location is slightly remote (10min walking from town through a humble street of locals) and pumping water to the location is difficult. There is no issue if all guests are considerate with their water usage. I experienced no issues whatsoever, and would have loved to spend more time there.
