Outstanding
Our stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo exceeded my expectations and I'm so pleased with the overall experience! The hospitality and service by all hotel staff we've met was consistent and a delight throughout our 5 nights stay. From in-room dining to the dinners at the restaurant, our orders were prepared carefully and presented well, and all tasted delicious. The hotel also offered us wake-up calls and breakfast-to-go for our island day trip, which we booked directly through the hotel. As we stayed with young children, they were also accommodating and even entertained the kids interaction. On the last day after checking out and upon arrival at the airport, I had realised I left a milk bottle. When I called the hotel to request to send it to me at the airport, they had immediately acted on it and were already on their way. Thank you so much to the wonderful team especially Ms Claudia for making our holiday stay a memorable and exceptional one.

Amazing
Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The room was spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and offered a stunning sea view. The view was truly spectacular and breathtaking, especially during sunset—when the sky transforms from orange to red and then purple. We really enjoyed every moment. Breakfast was delicious—probably the best in Komodo. I particularly liked their serving concept: instead of a traditional buffet, it’s an à la carte menu combined with a small buffet. You simply choose from the menu and the dishes are cooked on demand, which makes the food noticeably fresher and tastier than standard buffet options. There are also many complimentary activities such as snorkeling and yoga, making the hotel perfect for both couples and families. We will definitely come back again.

Malaysian here 👋🏻 hotel ni best sangat2, cantik, tenang, customer service on top 👍🏻 staff very helpful & friendly. Tak puas duduk sini. Nanti kalau ada rezeki datang labuan bajo lagi, memang akan repeat stay sini. Cuma kekurangan dia, jauh sikit dari bandar so susah nak cari makan. Kalau sewa motor pastu nak keluar makan malam, macam seram sikit la sbb jalan mmg gelap. Takde lampu jalan. Kitorang datang masa musim hujan jadi habis basah kuyup naik motor 🤣Hotel ni ada je restaurant sendiri, cuma makanan macam biasa2 je tak sedap sangat. Tu je la kena improve kot. Tp scenery & interior design hotel mmg cantik sgt dah macam cerita Moana

Location is perfect to airport. Just 16 mins by walk. Road to hotel is not really nice and very muddy. Except for that good location. Receptionist are friendly. Room was clean. Thank you for the hospitality.

An excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day. A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests. At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

Very well located. The rooms are clean, the service is attentive and friendly. In terms of sanitation, we had a private bathroom, apart from a few leaks in the tap and shower, the essentials were there. Very good value for money

This was an absolute wonderful stay. The room was incredibly beautiful and the view breath-taking. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my stay, I would 100% visit again. I saw other reviewers complaining about accesibility and water availability. You're in a treehouse in the mountains, this is part of the charm. The location is slightly remote (10min walking from town through a humble street of locals) and pumping water to the location is difficult. There is no issue if all guests are considerate with their water usage. I experienced no issues whatsoever, and would have loved to spend more time there.
