"The location is fantastic, right next to Amanohashidate. The views are incredible! After a walk around the Amanohashidate sandbar, coming back to the hotel for a hot spring bath was perfect. The onsen is superb; my skin felt so smooth and refreshed. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever visit Amanohashidate."
The sea view room I booked was not big but had a big terrace. The dinner included in the room was very good, but I was still a little uncomfortable with the Japanese breakfast, but it was very exquisite! It's not far from Amanohashidate Station and the cable car. There is an express train from Amanohashidate to Kyoto at 9:50 every morning. You can also take this bus to Osaka or Kobe by going to Fukuchiyama to change buses. Although the price is a bit more expensive, about 900 yen per person, it's worth it to catch the 11 o'clock bus to Kobe!
Wonderful hostel! The girl on the reception is most helpful and friendly. It is 7-10 minutes from the bus stop, partially uphill, but the breathtaking view from terrace is worth it. Dinner and breakfast is substantial and tasty, free tea and coffee all day long. In the bathroom they have a small but nice sento!
I highly recommend it!
