TTK—Beware of HIDDEN COSTS for the indoor swimming pool, gym, onsen, and even the seats at the adult outdoor swimming pool. To me, this is pure robbery. I have never experienced this before in my life, even at other hotels in Japan. I understand there are sometimes fees for an onsen, but hotels normally give a discount or allow guests to use it once for free. This is why I gave 1 to amenities. There are two options for breakfast: Japanese or International. The Japanese breakfast was served in a bento box (one per person, with unlimited refills on rice and soup), but the fish was already a bit cold. I know they don’t want to keep their customers waiting, but there should be a way to keep the food warm. My advice is to always go with the international buffet unless you prefer to sit somewhere with fewer people. The room was great, soundproof, and well-equipped with everything you need, including a medium-sized bathtub. However, the view from my room was blocked by the pool and trees (this wouldn't be an issue if you are above the 5th or 6th floor). The hotel indeed looked pretty, but I found their beaches to be kind of mid compared to what I saw while driving around Okinawa.

RRiya123The hotel is located quite far from the airport, it takes about two hours by bus. It is very convenient that there is a private beach, which you can get to directly from the hotel. The room has everything you need: a refrigerator, a thermos, toiletries. The room stock itself is a bit tired, the hotel is about 50 years old. The staff is friendly. There are minimarkets with everything you need within walking distance. Of the minuses: very expensive food, I did not take it. In neighboring restaurants, having lunch or dinner is several times cheaper. Another thing that was offending was that even sun loungers on the beach for hotel guests are paid, in my opinion, this is too much. There was also a strange situation with swimming: a net from jellyfish was installed on the beach, but in addition to the net itself, there were buoys and in the middle part of the fenced off area there were buoys. For some reason, they did not allow you to swim beyond the middle buoys, although in fact it is just a floating rope with buoys, and the net is installed much further. As a result, you feel like you are in a paddling pool and cannot swim normally.

GGuest UserThe room condition and facilities were really great! You could even see the ocean from the terrace, haha. However, the downside is that there are no restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance, so you have to drive out. But there's a barbecue area, and a mini convenience store on the first floor, so you can grab snacks at the hotel. Anyway, it's a quiet and comfortable place.

TTezpezMy boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Ocean Resort PMC. The location is convenient if you have diving plans, with the diving drop-off point right next to the hotel. There's also a surf and diving shop and school below where you can ask about lessons and equipment. Although we had already booked our diving elsewhere, it was just an 8-minute drive away, and they even drove us back to the hotel, which was a bit amusing. Overall, the stay was fair, but there are a few things to note. After 11 AM, the elevator is not available, and the parking lot is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. However, there's a 24/7 convenience store just across the street, which is very handy. The ground floor has a washing machine that all guests can use. After 11 PM, you have to use the stairs, which can be a bit scary as there's no light. The hotel has a kitchen, but it lacks basic utensils. For the price, I felt like I could have picked somewhere better, but the location and amenities were decent enough for our needs.

GGuest UserThe homestay is on the hillside. I chose a sea view room. I can see the sea in the distance when I open the door. The price is really cheap. Breakfast needs to be reserved in advance, 900 yen. And it feels like home, the room is also very large, and the shower water is also very large. Two nights here turned out to be the best two nights I slept in Okinawa. The only downside is that the homestay is on the hillside. It is very exercised to climb up the gluteus muscle, especially dragging a big box, which is really tired, so it is really suitable for driving a family to live. In addition, there are no street lights on both sides of the road at night, plus the mountain road is indeed a bit dark, I am a little scared by myself, but in fact, there is nothing quite safe. It has been raining in Okinawa before coming, but it was sunny on the day of check-in. Next to Enna Beach, you can go to the sun. It’s only a 15-minute walk away and there is a convenience store.

Tthat DamianExcellent location and service, the location is superb, being close to not only beaches, but also in-between Yomitan and Onna (and OIST university, if you'd like to visit your friends). There's also a combini right next doors(!. Cape Maeda, Zakimi Castle is also all at cycleable distance!
