Really nice hotel, close to beach and loads of bars and restaurants close by. Staff are very attentive and nice, they couldn’t do enough for us. I would recommend this hotel 100%

Highly recommended! The service was excellent and very warm. The location is also fantastic; it's super convenient for transportation and dining, just a few minutes walk to 7-Eleven and the beach. Although check-in is officially at 2 PM, we arrived in the morning with our child. The hotel saw this and rushed to prepare a room for us to check in right away. This alone was incredibly touching! Then, when we returned to the hotel after an evening stroll, the front desk suddenly called out to us. We wondered what was wrong, but then they brought out a small cake while singing 'Happy Birthday'! It was my son's birthday that day [cake emojis], and we were truly surprised and delighted. What a wonderful blessing from a foreign land! My son was very moved too!!! They are so thoughtful [heart emojis] We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Pattaya.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend it to everyone. The location is not bad; the beach is a bit far, but it's dirty there anyway, so you wouldn't swim. The area is quiet, but there are bars and restaurants around – life is bustling in the evenings, but not so much that it disturbs sleep. We stayed in a family room in the new building, and everything matched the photos – clean and fresh. Breakfasts were decent and tasty.

What I valued most when choosing this hotel was its excellent location. It boasts a nice sea view, direct access to a private beach, and is within walking distance of Terminal21 shopping mall, making dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly convenient. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. However, the hotel is an older five-star property, and the interior room decor is more vintage, lacking modern trendiness. You can definitely feel the age of the facilities. If you're traveling with children, the family-friendly amenities are quite limited, with not many activities for kids. Overall, it has its pros and cons. It's ideal for travelers who prioritize location and sea views and don't have high expectations for room decor or family entertainment. The service is generally good, and the garden and pool environment is very pleasant. If you're looking for brand-new, modern rooms, you should consider your options carefully.

The hotel is in a very busy area. At night, the noise from the shops down the alley is really loud, but surprisingly, the room itself was quieter than I expected – I couldn't hear any noise from downstairs. The room always had a faint, pleasant scent. It was spacious, and the bathroom was large with a comfortable bathtub for soaking. You could also see a distant sea view. The breakfast offered a lot of variety; some dishes were delicious, some were just okay, and some weren't very good. The downsides were that the hairdryer was incredibly weak (only 1200W, and even on setting 3, the airflow was very low). Also, I couldn't adjust the air conditioning; I'm not sure if it was actually adjustable. Overall, it was very good.

We got a promotional price of only 987 baht, including a buffet breakfast, which was excellent value for money considering everything we received 💸✨. 📍 The location is great, right by Dongtan Beach. You just cross the road to reach the sea. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. 🍜 Food options are also very convenient. There are many restaurants, cafes, and street food stalls to choose from. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven close to the hotel, making it easy to buy necessities or snacks. 🚍 From the front of the hotel, you can walk to catch a songthaew (shared taxi) for 15 baht all the way to Jomtien Beach to walk around and find food. It's very convenient and doesn't take long. 🍽️ Breakfast is served from 06:00 to 10:00. Even when it's busy, you might have to wait a bit for a table, but the staff constantly replenishes the food, ensuring there's always plenty. The taste was surprisingly good, with a wide variety of options. Definitely worth the price. 🏊‍♀️ The facilities are comprehensive, including a large swimming pool suitable for children and families. The kids had a lot of fun. There's also a Kids Club, Playground, and a fitness room available, catering to both children and adults, ensuring a complete and enjoyable stay for all ages. 💡 A few minor suggestions: • The towels in the room had a slight musty smell. If you're sensitive to smells, it's advisable to bring your own towels. • There weren't enough pool towels when it was crowded, so we sometimes had to wait for staff to restock them. • In the early evening, you can hear tables or chairs being dragged from the room above, as the floor is wooden. However, it gets quiet at night, and we slept soundly throughout the night 😴. ❤️ Overall, I was very impressed. For 987 baht, we got a beachfront accommodation with buffet breakfast, a spacious room, comprehensive facilities, a great location, easy access to food, and a nearby 7-Eleven. It's perfect for families with children on vacation. It's definitely more than worth the price, and we would certainly stay here again.

Everything about the hotel was great: the hospitality, the convenient location. The beach is just across the road, and it's quiet and peaceful. The rooms are cleaned, and towels are changed daily. Breakfasts are good, varied, and offer everything you could want. The grounds are beautiful. You can tell the hotel is well-maintained, even though it hasn't been renovated in a long time. I highly recommend it for families looking for peace and enjoyment. By the way, the deposit is $100, not 2,000 baht, as stated in the Trip.com conditions.

The hotel’s location right on Jomtien Beach is fantastic — waking up to ocean views from my private balcony was a highlight of the trip. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after exploring Pattaya. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools, a rooftop bar perfect for sunsets, and several dining options offering both Thai and international cuisine. I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar — the atmosphere and views were unforgettable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, combining beachfront convenience, good amenities, and warm hospitality. I would happily recommend D Varee Jomtien Beach to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Pattaya.

Very impressed! The room looked exactly like the pictures, beautiful from every angle. It has parking, a swimming pool, a private beach, a restaurant, a cafe, and a poolside mini-bar. The staff were very polite and attentive. The bathtub was large, the balcony was spacious, and the view was stunning.

Great location and reasonable price! It's right by the seafront, which makes it easy to get around. Plus, it's super convenient to catch the coastal songthaew. The room is spacious, and the AC works wonderfully, keeping it nice and cool. If you're a light sleeper, the music from the nearby entertainment area might bother you, but then again, isn't that part of the Pattaya experience? You probably have to consider both the hotel's location and Pattaya's overall vibe. As a heavy sleeper myself, I slept like a baby! They take a 1000 baht cash deposit which is returned upon check-out. There are 7-Elevens everywhere – front, side, and back – making it easy to grab anything you need. Thanks to this place, I had a fantastic time in Pattaya. I'll definitely be back! 🤗
