"Great value for money! Even though we arrived at noon and it was too hot to find a place to eat, so we ordered takeout, there are food carts selling snacks nearby in the evening. Their pool is also pretty good, and the front desk is open 24 hours. They even provide towels near the front desk for use after swimming. You'll need to borrow a hairdryer from the front desk. We booked two rooms; while breakfast wasn't included, they gave us 400🐷 in vouchers to use at the restaurant, which felt like getting breakfast anyway. The staff, especially one lady, was very friendly and spoke pretty good Chinese! There's a gym on the second floor, but we didn't get a chance to check it out. We went shopping at Terminal 21 and also tried the seafood buffet recommended by a friend for 289🐷, which was good. Overall, it was a decent experience. The only minor thing is that the bed could be a little lower! The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean and close to several number shows and the Tiffany Show. We also went across the street for an hour-long massage at Healthy Massage. We'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"This is the most family friendly hotel, I liked this experience in so many ways, the room details was amazing, the activities at pool was fun ,also they gave us coins called (token) we can spend them (on souvenir cups or bath bomb at lobby, playing golf, some candy or afternoon tea at lobby). In addition parents can spent some relaxing area for massage in front of lazy river or at 7th floor, the oort cloud tea room was spectacular, they provide cake for occasion’s , and don’t forget to go for the beautiful rooftop ,it’s definitely worth money and I will return back for this amazing hotel🫶🏻"

"The breakfast selection is quite extensive, and you won't get tired of it even after eating it every day. The staff are all incredibly friendly and patient when communicating. The only slight issue is that some staff members might not fully understand English, and the air conditioning can be a bit noisy. The soundproofing isn't great, but the pool is beautiful. Overall, it was a good experience."

"I stayed at Cape Dara Resort Hotel Pattaya for 4 days and 3 nights. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant and pool, was incredibly attentive, professional, and polite. The room was spotlessly clean and offered panoramic views of Pattaya Beach and the pool. The environment was clean and quiet, making for a very comfortable vacation. The bathtub in the room faced the beach and sea, providing a peaceful and relaxing soak with a beautiful view. The balcony also offered stunning sea views, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. The room was exceptionally clean, the surroundings were serene, and I slept wonderfully at night. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant offered a wide and varied selection, and dining with the beach and sea view was delightful. This resort-style hotel is very spacious, featuring a gym, two pools right by the beach, a spa, and free shuttle services to the city center and Pattaya Beach Road Walking Street. It's incredibly convenient for guests. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the large Terminal 21 shopping mall and many nearby restaurants. I had a very enjoyable stay."

"Excellent place! I rented a deluxe room on the 21st floor in August for 7,000 baht. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. Below, I'll detail what I was pleased with. The room offers a great city view, as shown in the photos I've attached. Beyond the standard amenities, it also includes a washing machine, a drying rack on the balcony, a microwave, and a stove. The bathroom is spacious, with both a shower and a bathtub. There are plenty of outlets near the bed! Everyone in the reviews raves about Nisa. She's the local supervisor, very sweet and helpful (definitely ask her for recommendations on good places to eat!). Besides her, I want to commend all the hotel staff in general. They are smiling and friendly, and the service is top-notch. Housekeeping is timely and thorough. The hotel is located on the third line, and yes, it's a 20-minute walk to the beach. However, you don't need to go to Pattaya's main beach; it's dirty and crowded. It's better to go to other beaches with clean shores and fewer Chinese tourists eating there. On the bright side, the hotel is essentially in the middle of all the main points of interest – supermarkets, shopping malls, Walking Street are all within walking distance. There are also plenty of pharmacies, 7/11s, cafes, and currency exchange spots nearby. And yes, the rooftop pool is great. There are many sun loungers, and the pool itself isn't too deep. Next to it, there's a lounge area with a bar and comfortable seating. Make sure to catch a sunset there sometime! Finally, the hotel offers massages (not cheap, but better quality than what you'd find on the street), a small gym, and its own restaurant (I didn't try the breakfast, I ate elsewhere). In conclusion, this hotel is worth its 5 stars. I highly recommend it!"

"I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel on Sentosa Island in Singapore many years ago and had a great experience. This time, I chose the one in Pattaya, and honestly, I was a bit disappointed. For over 720 a night, I got a room with no sea view, which is an awkward price point. The room was newly renovated and quite spacious, but the duvet wasn't down. The breakfast was not good, comparable to an Ibis in Bangkok. There were a lot of Caucasians and Indians, but hardly any Chinese. A big complaint is the air conditioning – it hums constantly. If you're a heavy sleeper, it's fine, but for light sleepers like me, it's truly frustrating."

"This hotel is truly a gem! I'll definitely stay here again next time. It has a huge swimming area, and the beach is right next door, making it super convenient to access. Dining options are also plentiful and easily accessible. The buffet breakfast is absolutely fantastic and incredibly varied! The outdoor kids' playground is also amazing, though it requires an entrance fee. They even have free pizza-making activities there. The rooms are comfortable too. Plus, the indoor kids' club has free activities that kept the kids very happy."

"Highly recommended! The service was excellent and very warm. The location is also fantastic; it's super convenient for transportation and dining, just a few minutes walk to 7-Eleven and the beach. Although check-in is officially at 2 PM, we arrived in the morning with our child. The hotel saw this and rushed to prepare a room for us to check in right away. This alone was incredibly touching! Then, when we returned to the hotel after an evening stroll, the front desk suddenly called out to us. We wondered what was wrong, but then they brought out a small cake while singing 'Happy Birthday'! It was my son's birthday that day [cake emojis], and we were truly surprised and delighted. What a wonderful blessing from a foreign land! My son was very moved too!!! They are so thoughtful [heart emojis] We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Pattaya."

"The biggest plus is definitely the location. However, I would never stay there again. The room felt very superficial. The pool was dirty, and the bathtub didn't work. They did maintain cleanliness, provided daily cleaning, replenished water, and offered all the necessary amenities, but the room itself was very dated. Maybe I just got a room in some old, far-off wing, and there are amazing rooms elsewhere – I don't know. But for this price, there are much better hotels in this category, although they might be in a different location."
