Dorm and bedsheets are clean, toilets and showers are clean, there's a cooler with hot and regular water nearby as well as coffee machine . I really liked a mattress, its really comfy. A lot of Indians. One thing could ruin your night is a snoring persons and persons decided to play games with phone with volume up after 11 pm!!"

"Great stay at Prima Hotel! Excellent location near quiet Wong Amat Beach (300m walk), perfect for relaxation away from central Pattaya chaos. Modern rooms are spacious, clean, with balcony and good AC. Huge pool is a highlight – beautiful and family-friendly. Staff friendly, breakfast decent (though repetitive). Minor cons: some maintenance tweaks needed. Solid value for a peaceful beach getaway – would return!"

"Loved it! The environment was fantastic, and the room was huge with a bathtub, which my friend and I both really enjoyed. The only minor issue was that there weren't enough bellhops at the entrance. They got quite busy when there were a lot of guests checking in or out. When we left, no one was available to help us load our luggage into the car, but it wasn't a huge deal. Every staff member inside was very friendly, and the restaurant food was quite good too."

"The hotel has been recently renovated, and everything is clean and tidy, with good housekeeping. In the room: a modern, large-screen TV (I watched YouTube), a big fridge, several hangers for clothes, air conditioning (powerful and quiet), drinkware, a table and two chairs on the balcony, and a comfortable bathroom and shower. And most importantly, the bed. It's simply XXXXL. Soft, with crisp linens. It's a pure pleasure to sleep in it. Water coolers are on every floor, and the room has glass bottles to fill up. The view from my room was good, but it's a bit of a lottery, as some rooms overlook the inner courtyard. The staff are quite friendly. There's a fridge with drinks at reception where you can buy something. You can get towels for the beach with a 500 baht deposit. Breakfast is available, but I didn't purchase it. There's a small gym and a pool. Unfortunately, the paint in the pool is already starting to peel. It's a 4-minute walk to the road with tuk-tuks. But! There are at least 7 dogs near the hotel, and it's very scary in the evening, and even during the day, I didn't want to encounter them. Wongamat Beach is a 15-20 minute walk away."

"We had a bit of a hiccup during check-in. We booked a sea view suite, and the description on Trip.com stated it would have a 1.8-meter king bed plus a 0.8-meter sofa bed in the living room. However, when we arrived, it was just a regular sofa. The hotel claimed they never had a sofa bed and asked me to provide proof from the vendor (Trip.com) that one was advertised. I showed the front desk the screenshot, and after some negotiation, they provided a complimentary rollaway bed for the living room (originally 1000 THB per night). This whole ordeal took about half an hour. First, the pros: The environment is absolutely amazing. Both balconies offer sea views, and the breeze on the top floor is fantastic – very comfortable to stand out there. The breakfast menu changed slightly every day, and the fried fish cakes were delicious. All the hotel staff, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, would greet you proactively. This is pretty standard for most hotels in Thailand. Now for the cons: For two people, they would only provide one room key, citing safety concerns. This made getting in and out very inconvenient. Also, if we left the room for a short while, like to go to the pool, the air conditioning would be forcibly cut off. I suspect they only provide one key to save electricity, preventing the AC from running when no one is in the room. The second con is that, possibly because it's on the top floor, the air conditioning was very ineffective. When we first entered, you had to sit directly under the vent to feel any coolness. Both AC units in the living room and bedroom were like this. Thankfully, once we settled down, it wasn't too hot and didn't affect our rest. The third con: On the third day, I woke up to a dead cockroach on the floor. I called room service, but they said they couldn't clean until after 8 AM (I probably made a mistake here and should have called guest services directly). So we left. When we returned that evening, the room had been cleaned, the sheets changed, and the tip I left on the bedside table was gone, but the cockroach carcass was still there. This time, I was smarter and called guest services. 'Dou Bao' (the translator on my phone, I assume) translated that there was a cockroach, and a staff member arrived within a minute with a broom and dustpan to take care of it. That guy was awesome!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Terminal 21, and it's also a convenient walk to the beach. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs. The rooftop pool is stunning, and there's a bar up there too, though it's open to non-hotel guests. This means it can get quite crowded with people taking photos, so I hope they consider restricting access a bit."
