Myrtle Beach Beach Hotels

Our stay could not have been better! The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was wonderful. They even drove us to a restaurant and offered to pick us up! The room was spacious and had everything we needed-very comfortable beds, keurig, and even got a late checkout. Since we had a few hours after checking out before we could get into our Airbnb, they stored our luggage until we left the area. Great staff!!

The overall trip was good, the hotel was good but at the pool, people let their kids run crazy, trash left everywhere no towels in sight. People hanging out in the parking garage being loud with music and smoking and partying. Just seemed like they didn’t care what the guest did, which was crazy!

The place was great! It was very clean, staff was very accommodating and stayed in touch to see if there was anything I needed. They were sure to make me aware of the activities. I highly recommend except if you have physical limitations you would not want to be on the third floor with no elevator 😳

Fire alarm went off around 230am. The intercom was saying evacuate. My family took stairs to evacuate but It was a false alarm, scared my 7 year old so bad because he thought it was a fire because we had a bad house fire in the past. I could not get back to sleep. No apologies at checkout

The temperature controlled two rooms which was very uncomfortable and inconvenient. The unit made very loud noises at 2:00 am and would not shut off. I had to turn the power off at the source to turn the unit off to allow me to sleep in peace. The following morning went to the manager and was told he couldn’t switch my room because the hotel was sold out. That same afternoon I contacted the manager again to advise the unit was making the LOUD noise again and the room was very cold. This time he changed the room. In the new room experienced the same issue. I unit controlled both rooms making my room temperature 63 which was very uncomfortable, I had to tumors on the oven to warm the room to a comfortable temperature. This trip was very stressful and the manager didn’t try to accommodate until I threatened to call corporate. Poor customer service and bad heating/cooling set up. This needs to be fixed because everyone was complaining about the temperature in their rooms. I won’t return here again.

Not to mention the location of the hotel, the beach is next to the sea, and the hotel itself has several swimming pools of different styles, suitable for children. The hotel is not far from the commercial area, and there are many fast food restaurants around. It is about a five-minute drive from the outlet, which is quite suitable for leisure vacation and parent-child travel. There are many parking spaces in the hotel, distributed in several different locations, but because of the high occupancy rate on the weekends, it is still a bit difficult to find parking spaces. Guests arriving at night can only stop by the hotel and move to the parking spaces the next morning. The hotel attendant will also call you to move the car. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served at 7-10 o'clock. It is better than expected. The variety is very rich and the taste is very homely. It can basically meet the needs of people in different countries. The sea-view suite we lived on was on the 15th floor. The picture shows the view from the balcony. The building opposite is also the guest room of his house. The overall sanitary conditions and hardware configuration are good. Will choose this next time.

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this 3 bd 2 bath condo was. Maintenance and housekeeping were very responsive when we needed new batteries for the smoke detector and a trash pickup. I took away one star because I felt like the shower floor wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction and there wasn’t anywhere to place soap and shampoo inside the shower. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

I booked the hotel on Trip.com, which I’d like to recommend. I have used it to book the hotels several times recently. It’s a reliable and trustworthy website. I got good deals on hotel bookings and all the hotels we stayed at were good. The sand bar hotel is good and close to beach.

The first room I booked was an oceanfront king. When I arrived I was placed in a small room on the 2nd floor by the pool. It smelled like it was just bombed for roaches. The bathroom was the size of a walk in closet with the shower directly behind the door. I was starting to get discouraged about this trip at first but I went up front to ask for another room higher up. The guy at the front desk was very understanding and moved me to the 7th floor with a room with 2 beds. The elevator there made me pray for my life every time I used it but once I reached my room I was highly satisfied with the change. The room was twice the size of the original king room I booked. Bathroom was still kinda small but cleaner. The view was amazing compared to looking at everyone in the pool and the room didnt smell of raid. This place could use some updates and definitely has potential.
