Pacific Grove Beach Hotels

The location was good, a short walk to Asilomar Beach which is a wonderful coastal trail with deer, bunnies & lots of birds in the early morning (before 7am). Was a bit disappointed that no bottled water was available in the room, and the lobby was locked before 8am and after 9pm when we wanted to get a drink. The coffee maker has water tasting of coffee, which is not ideal for non-coffee drinkers like myself. Toothbrushes not provided. My emails prior to the stay went unanswered. It was suggested that we pay $20 for laundry, and we had to ask multiple times where they either told us it was too early / too late and then to look for housekeeping to ask on our own. Night time is quiet but day time is noisy once housekeeping commences, and in the afternoon we had several calls and knocks on our door from housekeeping when we were trying to rest. They did not wait for us to answer but kept calling. I'm likely to choose a different place for future stays. There are several in this same location that are not as costly. I only chose this because the reviews seemed great.

The house is beautiful and the facilities are good. Parking is a parking space on the road, and it is available when there is time. I booked $198 on Ctrip. I actually paid $203 in the store. I don't know why? In addition to the exchange rate fluctuation factor, it is nearly ¥100 more than the online one. Scenic spot, the price is a bit high.

Very good, it feels great, just 6 minutes walk to the beach. The surrounding environment is very good, the breakfast is more milky... The room facilities are a bit old, but the function is no problem, the fireplace is very feeling, see you for the first time.

We stayed one night in this beautiful hotel. The room was very spacious. Actually there is also a little kitchen inside the room. The breakfast variety was enough. There were boiled eggs, waffles, jam. There were lots of parking spaces. The beds are comfortable. Stuff were nice.

Nice hotel near the ocean. The rooms have everything you need. I really liked that there were dishes, a microwave and a wine opener. We sat very comfortably in our room in the evening with a bottle of American Pinot Noir. Check-in and check-out are quick and convenient. The only downside is that there isn't much nearby. You need to drive to the nearest cafe or store. But overall the hotel left a very favorable impression.

The room given was not the room we saw on the map. On the second floor, the luggage was difficult to move up and there was no elevator. Awesome location, very clean and nice people checked us in. The only drawback was breakfast...would have preferred some healthier options. Coffee was great!
