Our stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the staff were warm and friendly. The airport shuttle bus was spacious and comfortable, and the welcome fruit platter, late-night snacks, breakfast, and small farewell gift upon check-out all demonstrated the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The two alpacas and little squirrels in the courtyard added a wonderful touch of warmth and fun to our trip. I'd particularly like to thank one of the hotel staff members. Yesterday, Beijing experienced a heavy downpour, and the ride-sharing car my family and I were in got a flat tire due to flooded roads, leaving us stranded in the middle of the street and unable to return to the hotel. It just so happened that her family was picking her up from work, and after learning about our situation, she proactively helped coordinate and drove us all back to the hotel entrance, politely refusing any compensation. For us, who were in such a difficult predicament at the time, her help was incredibly valuable and left us feeling incredibly touched. This small incident truly made me appreciate the staff's sense of responsibility and kindness, and it left me with an excellent impression of the hotel's service philosophy and management. To be able to cultivate such sincere, professional, and helpful employees, I believe this hotel is truly worthy of guests' trust. If I ever return to Beijing in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I wish the hotel all the best and continued success to every staff member.

This hotel is really close to the airport, which is a huge plus. The value for money is great, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to the female driver who took me to the airport – she was just as proactive as the male drivers in helping with luggage.

The hotel is very close to Capital Airport. There's a shuttle bus every 20 minutes to Terminal 3, which takes about 5 minutes, making it super convenient for flights. You can see planes taking off and landing, and there's a bit of noise when they're taking off or landing in the direction of the hotel. Facilities: A bit old, especially the carpet. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Good. Service: Good.

This location was ideal for my short layover. Conveniently located adjacent to Beijing Capital International Airport, it offers virtually every amenity you could imagine. The value is also excellent considering what you save by taking advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality. I ordered room service, and the food arrived hot, delicious, reasonably priced, and surprisingly high quality. Breakfast was another highlight—I highly recommend adding it to your stay, whether you dine in the restaurant or enjoy it from the comfort of your room. I especially want to recognize Deane at the guest services desk. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Deane reminded me what genuine hospitality looks like. When I needed a little extra time before checking out, he patiently listened to my request, helped me work through my admittedly imperfect Chinese, and went above and beyond by arranging a special accommodation that allowed me to remain in my room beyond the standard checkout time. At no point did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, I felt genuinely welcomed as a guest. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help transformed what could have been a stressful travel day into a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Employees like Deane are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and he deserves recognition for the positive impression he leaves on guests. This personalized level of customer care is exactly why I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying into or out of Beijing, and why I will absolutely stay here again. We only spent one night in the room, but the experience was good. The room was clean, there were plenty of towels, two pairs of slippers, and plenty of pillows. The bathroom had all the necessary accessories. We liked everything. The room didn't have a window, but we didn't really need one. The air conditioning and huge TV worked great. We were happy with everything.

The room was very clean and the surroundings were quiet. The front desk kindly upgraded our room type, and the sheets were spotless. Thumbs up! It's also very close to the airport and the price is affordable, offering excellent value for money.

About a 10-minute drive from Terminal 3, so airport transfers are really convenient. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, and a McDonald's nearby, making dining and shopping very easy. The soundproofing in the rooms is also pretty good. The staff are very friendly, and the free airport shuttle is such a great deal!

I was quite satisfied with the hotel's room, facilities, and breakfast. However, I'm a bit speechless about your service attitude. When I checked in, the front desk staff seemed reluctant to process my check-in. Two colleagues repeatedly handed my documents to each other, and you didn't seem to remember what I said. I asked if you could help me register for a car to the airport tomorrow, and you told me you'd do it after I checked in. But then you forgot, and only remembered after I reminded you.

The front desk staff were patient and meticulous. The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy! The robot delivery service for items or takeout is a unique feature! The Minghao Restaurant is also good! They offer shuttle service to and from Capital International Airport T2 and T3: The pick-up service starts at 4:15 AM, running every half hour, and takes only fifteen minutes to reach the airport, which is very convenient.

The room was decent, clean, and the facilities were mostly complete. The only issue was the air conditioner's outdoor unit was quite noisy, which affected my sleep. The service was good; they proactively upgraded my room to a quieter one on the inner side. They also offer airport shuttle service, which is convenient for travelers with layovers. However, the shuttle vehicle itself was in poor condition, with damaged and dirty seats, making for an uncomfortable ride. Improving this would be a great enhancement.
