The hotel room was very comfortable, and they even surprised us with a cake for our honeymoon, which was delicious! The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was the best I had on this entire trip to Europe. I didn't even need to use public transport in Prague because all the attractions were within walking distance. Prague is such a beautiful city, and the Alcron is a historic hotel that has been beautifully modernized. I heard Churchill and Chaplin even stayed here! I loved the Alcron Hotel; my two nights here were truly delightful.

The beds at this hotel are incredibly comfortable! The sheets were soft and smooth, and the mattress had just the right firmness. I'd come back to Barcelona and stay here again just for the bed. It honestly rivals beds at Marriott and Hilton. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and attentive; they even escorted me to my room and showed me around the facilities. While the breakfast didn't have a huge variety, every item was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The juices were all freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable blends, making for a very pleasant breakfast experience.

The guest wireless network was not accessible and kept displaying an incorrect password. The front desk confirmed that it was correct but it still displayed an error. The electric curtains would not go back up after being lowered. The handheld shower head was broken. For a hotel that is not old, the facilities are poorly maintained.
