Excellent! The subway is right downstairs, and there's enough space in the room to open your suitcase. There's also a private terrace. The breakfast was incredibly delicious; you could really tell the pastries were exceptional. I'd say it's the best breakfast I've had in all the European hotels I've stayed in. Although the variety was a bit limited, everything was very tasty, and you could order things like omelets. The coffee was also very good.

The hotel is great with excellent reception staffs , very clean and new . Walking steps from the galleria and the Duomo and all shopping area

Location was the only consideration, as it’s closest to the supplier I am visiting. Not much international fast food restaurants nearby, KFC is the closest about 5min walking distance. Domino and Starbucks is about 2km from hotel. On the. Ight of Dec 27, there was people hammering the wall starting from 7-8pm, called reception about this at 9pm, which I was told they will investigate. Fell to sleep but was waken by the hammering sound at 11:30pm. Reception lady came to my room and asked me if I would like to change room instead of finding and stopping the hammmering… When reception lady left, I open the curtain and saw someone working on lower deck. Then reception called me they will ask workers stop working…

Location is good. Good Food & Room ambience. Only issue I faced was the complicated Light Controls in the room which did not work very well. House Keeping did resolve some of the issues. However Basic Switches is what I personally like

Our first night in Chengdu started with a delightful surprise from the front desk.

We had booked a city view twin room, and during check-in, the front desk staff, with a smile, told us they'd upgraded us. It was only when we opened the door that we understood the true value of that statement.

Upon entering, to one side was the living room with a sofa and side table. Before we even put down our luggage, we already wanted to just relax. On the other side was a small open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a washing machine, induction hob, and coffee machine, giving us the delightful illusion of 'home' even while traveling.

The bedroom had twin beds, with a warm glow around the headboards. A glass wardrobe partition made the space feel open yet private. The bathroom featured double sinks and illuminated mirrors, so no waiting to get ready.

The most amazing feature was the bathtub by the window. Soaking in the hot water, with the entire floor-to-ceiling window offering views of Chengdu's buildings and traffic – the first light rain of the National Day holiday had just stopped, leaving the city sparkling. In that moment, it felt like not just the room had been upgraded, but our entire travel experience.
