We had an amazing stay starting from the yacht transfer and the great welcome at the reception the staff was very professional and friendly the pool ambiance was perfect the beach water is clear and clean the food  excellent and special thanks to the moroccan chef in la riviera restaurant and also thanks to Selim reception manager

I stayed at Voco Bonnington Dubai not for business, which seems to be the usual reason for guests, but simply to experience it—and on Christmas Day no less. I went with my friend Hannah, and the Christmas decorations were beautifully done, adding to the festive atmosphere.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—a wide variety of options and great food to start the day. The pool was nice and refreshingly cold, though the rooms felt a bit outdated compared to newer, more modern hotels.
A big shoutout to the guy at reception—he was very hospitable and entertaining, which made the check-in experience pleasant, though I forgot his name.
What I really appreciated was the free access to the sauna and steam room, definitely a great perk. The location is also a plus, right in the heart of JLT, surrounded by restaurants, spas, and barbershops, making everything easily accessible.
Overall, a decent stay with some great features, though the rooms could use a refresh.

A very satisfying experience, the bed was very comfortable, the room was large and very clean. I slept well, the soundproofing of the room was good, and the breakfast was pretty good. All in all, it was great. Will come again

Very good. Very clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. But the rooms need a microwave in addition to a refrigerator. I will stay again.

*Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for transportation and dining options. I appreciated the pleasant amenities, such as the comfy one-time-use slippers. 

*Cons:The edge of the bathroom is not properly sealed, causing it to leak every time after shower. There are loud noises from the city (traffic, police, or ambulances) that can be heard until 1 or 2 a.m. each night. Additionally, there are only two elevators, which can be slow to wait for.

The Voco The Franklin New York was a great choice. The location is awesome, the bed was the highest point (really comfortable) and the staff always helpful and friendly. We hope to come back soon.

This time I checked out the popular '网红墙' (Instagrammable wall) at voco Zhangjiang, and it was truly stunning! The hotel lobby also has a lot of character and is quite beautiful. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful during check-in, even calling ahead to arrange the room, which was fantastic. Moreover, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast in the restaurant offered a wide variety of choices. Our trip was for visiting Disneyland, and while the hotel shuttle has a fixed schedule, the return times in the evening were well-planned. The shuttle locations and times were all shared in the group chat, making it easy to get back to the hotel. Both the accommodation and the sightseeing went smoothly. It was a superb trip, and I'll definitely be coming back to voco Zhangjiang next time!

This hotel recently joined IHG, but it's not a new property; it previously operated under Greenland Group's own brand. It's located in western Shanghai, within Jiading District but very close to the Hongqiao area, not far from Hongqiao Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station. There's a Wanda Plaza nearby. Public transport is convenient: take Metro Line 13 to Jinshajiang Road Station, which also offers direct connections to Hanzhong Road (near Shanghai Railway Station), the Natural History Museum, and Nanjing West Road/Wujiang Road. So, despite its seemingly peripheral location, getting around is surprisingly easy. This VOCO features an executive lounge, and both the afternoon tea and happy hour were quite good, as was the service. The rooms are quite spacious with ample storage, better than other VOCO hotels I've experienced. Overall, excellent value for money. The only minor issue was with the facilities: the shower in my room had a leak, causing water to seep into the adjacent toilet area after showering, which I had to wipe up with a hand towel (as shown in the last picture).

Thank you for upgrading to a suite. The room was very clean and quiet. The hotel manager was very nice and responsive. It's very close to Hongqiao Airport and very convenient for travel. The refrigerator in the suite was really useful, a large refrigerator, which was great.
