The free yacht transfer service was a nice touch. Parking in the city center cost 30 dirhams, and the attendant helped me pay for it. For Chinese visitors, it's a good idea to register for WhatsApp and the parking app before you arrive to make paying for parking easier.

The hotel's front desk and room service were excellent. However, the WhatsApp customer service was inaccurate and slow to respond. There's also parking available near the dock, so I'm not sure why we were told to park in the city center. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

Overall, quite a satisfying experience. The room was very clean, the service was excellent, and enjoying a few beers on the rooftop at night was a lovely bonus.

I stayed at Voco Bonnington Dubai not for business, which seems to be the usual reason for guests, but simply to experience it—and on Christmas Day no less. I went with my friend Hannah, and the Christmas decorations were beautifully done, adding to the festive atmosphere.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—a wide variety of options and great food to start the day. The pool was nice and refreshingly cold, though the rooms felt a bit outdated compared to newer, more modern hotels.
A big shoutout to the guy at reception—he was very hospitable and entertaining, which made the check-in experience pleasant, though I forgot his name.
What I really appreciated was the free access to the sauna and steam room, definitely a great perk. The location is also a plus, right in the heart of JLT, surrounded by restaurants, spas, and barbershops, making everything easily accessible.
Overall, a decent stay with some great features, though the rooms could use a refresh.

誤打誤撞定了這個酒店，剛開始不知道要坐船入住，收到短訊才知道 準備取消的，最後還是入住了，確實很驚喜，整個團隊從AI WASF 碼頭的行李工作人員到前台，再到SHUTTLE BUS的司機，每個人都很熱情，尤其在最後一刻LINGAM提着行李幫我沖刺趕11點的船。感謝所有員工的五星級服務，早餐也很豐富，沙灘泳池很美，值得住兩天。強烈推薦。

My husband and I had our first holiday as a family of three with our 7 month old baby at Voco Dubai The Palm Hotel. We chose this hotel as it had a private beach (we didn’t want to spend time travelling to a beach each day), was located away from the chaos of Dubai, offered a king size bed (I cosleep with my baby), and there was an option for including breakfast (again did not want to spend time searching for or travelling to a breakfast location with a baby). Compared to other surrounding hotels, it is a relatively small and new hotel. However, this only enhanced our positive experience as it added a more personal touch. The valets (sorry I didn’t catch their names!) took our car down to the car park while other members of staff took our luggage to our room. Diana at the front desk was the first team member we met inside and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very spacious and clean. Thank you to Arun Gawam from Housekeeping! We enjoyed our coffee pods and Biscoff biscuits provided after each thorough clean. Some reviews mentioned noise but we only heard some drilling upstairs during the day and some music outside on Friday and Saturday night. Neither of these bothered us or our baby. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had plenty of choice with some of the options changing on each day so we had some variety. The welcoming, dynamic staff knew our tea and coffee orders from day one and always greeted us with smiles. We were asked daily if we wanted our eggs cooked in a certain way. This was great because our baby is just getting started on solids. Our baby girl loved seeing all the hardworking, smiley members of staff waving at her every morning. I would particularly like to thank Rojean, Rashmi and Aldrin as well as Fasha, Shiela, Juliet, Dioseth, Anu, Marion, Fhaizan, Amin, Chef Prabin, Chef James, Chef Anyu, Ariz, Sun and Puja. The private beach was a highlight of our holiday. We loved the easy and quick access to the beach with bottles of water and beach towels provided upon arrival. The cabanas were great for privacy as I had to breastfeed my baby on the beach. The WiFi was hit and miss on the beach but I guess that helped us relax more. Thank you to Bidan, Chamodi and Roni for taking care of us there! The only downside for me was the lack of power socket to plug the hairdryer in the bathroom or next to the mirror in front of the bathroom or by the mirror in front of the desk. We had to plug the hairdryer in the socket by the bed and therefore had to dry our hair on the bed, which wasn’t a major issue, just an inconvenience and a little loud right next to our baby. Overall, it was a great holiday experience thanks to each and every member of staff!

The room was small, the bed was okay, and the location was alright.

Waiting for the elevator took ages as there are only two. On a positive note, complimentary water and popcorn are available on the ground floor. A significant drawback was the complete lack of a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. The staff were quite friendly and helpful, and you can easily arrange airport transfers directly with the hotel. However, the outside environment could get rather noisy in the evenings.

Very good. Very clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. But the rooms need a microwave in addition to a refrigerator. I will stay again.

The room was a bit small, but clean and tidy, and the front desk service was good. We are here to visit the Metropolis, so book here, convenient to the Metropolis and Central Park.

I've never left a negative review on Trip.com before, but this is a first. As a member, I've stayed at many InterContinental hotels, but this one felt like it just had the InterContinental name without the quality; it was essentially a budget hotel. 
1. It's very noisy facing the street, and the windows offer poor sound insulation. 
2. The complimentary snacks I was promised when booking never materialized. 
3. I booked an 'executive room,' which essentially just used some extra space to add an extra bed, but it cost significantly more than simply adding a bed. The most frustrating part was that the bed was placed directly under the window, so the streetlights shone in above the curtains at night, making it impossible to sleep. The photo was taken at night with all the lights off in the room. 
4. The shampoo in the bathroom was almost empty and wasn't replaced.

Staying at voco Jiuyanqiao for New Year's Eve. First, the good points: check-in was super fast, which was great, and the front desk communication was very smooth. The hotel's hardware facilities are excellent, and the hygiene is also very good. The breakfast, in particular, I personally think is top-notch for its class.

However, the downsides are also very clear. The service really falls short; you have to ask about everything. Only then do they tell you. For example, my order showed complimentary welcome fruit, but there wasn't any. It also mentioned a complimentary special snack box, which was also missing. I thought, 'Forget the fruit, there are plenty of traffic light snacks around anyway.' When I asked about the snack box, they said it was just two pieces of candy, so I let that go too. I asked about the minibar, and they said it was free, and the drinks selection was quite good, which was a plus. Overall, I feel that the service aspect is quite lacking compared to other hotels.

The complimentary biscuits that were supposed to be included in the package weren't delivered. I called the front desk for a humidifier, but they don't provide them. The phone itself was an interesting design, but it was really difficult to use and the buttons were hard to press! The bathtub was nice, and some of the bread at breakfast was delicious, but the rest was pretty mediocre.
