Traveling with a child, the front desk proactively upgraded us to a family room for free, which was incredibly thoughtful! The airport shuttle service was seamless, and the fast-track security saved us a lot of time. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and my child enjoyed it thoroughly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has its own lush garden, and the pool water was clean; my kid didn't want to leave! It's our top choice for a layover stay, hassle-free and decent!

Xiamen C&D Hotel is definitely the top choice if you're looking for a hotel near the airport! The location is superb, super close to Gaoqi Airport, and the lobby even displays real-time flight information, which is incredibly convenient. Their purple shuttle van is super cool and stylish, and the service is punctual and thoughtful. From the front desk to the guest rooms, every staff member is warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the overall experience is five-star. I highly recommend it to anyone catching a flight!

The lady at check-in upgraded our room, and the high-floor sea view was absolutely stunning. The hotel's own kids' club is huge and kept the little ones entertained for ages, making it easy to keep the kids happy right at the hotel, which was a huge relief for us parents. They also provided a crib and bed rails, so it's a no-brainer for families with babies. All the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Both of the hotel's buffet restaurants, Cha Cha and Yang Yang, were really tasty, so there was no need to even leave the hotel for meals. There's also an outlet mall nearby for some shopping, and it's a short drive to several other malls. Overall, we were extremely satisfied. Among all the family-friendly hotels we've stayed at in Xiamen, this is definitely our favorite, haha. The rooms are quite new, the kids' club is big, and the food is great too. We'll definitely be back next time!~

This is my Nth visit to Xiamen, and each time I stay at a different hotel, it feels like opening a blind box. This time was no different, and I got a really premium one! 🤭 The staff's thoughtfulness made me feel like family. Even though it was rainy during my two-day stay, I felt really comfortable. Plus, the hotel kindly extended my check-out time for free, which I really appreciate. And the hotel's breakfast is absolutely delicious; the cakes and desserts are all freshly made daily, with a great variety. I had a wonderful time eating! 🥳 If you're not specifically looking to stay near Gulangyu, this hotel should definitely be your top choice! There are also many great places to eat nearby, and it's convenient for both taxis and walking. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! 🥳

The experience at the Xiamen Portman Seven Star Bay Hotel far exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself resembles a castle and even has its own 'Portman Town' connected by an electric shuttle, though it's only a 5-minute walk. Strolling through it felt like being in the world of Harry Potter, perfect for photos. We visited when it was decorated with a snowy theme, adding an extra touch of romance. Inside the hotel, you can even take pictures with 'walking' lions and leopards, which was a lot of fun.

The breakfast was incredibly rich, featuring a wide array of Chinese and Western dishes, hot and cold drinks, and thoughtfully included local Xiamen delicacies like satay noodles and oyster vermicelli soup. The dining environment was also very elegant. Our room was decorated in a vintage French style, spacious with an expansive view of the beautiful sea.

The hotel facilities were comprehensive and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. There's a gym, a swimming pool, a rock climbing area, and a children's water park. The hotel itself is an excellent vacation destination; with its French garden-like setting and various unique buildings, you could easily spend a day or two without even leaving. The complimentary travel photography service was also a thoughtful touch. Right outside, you'll find a seaside promenade with large lawns and coconut groves, and in the evening, you can enjoy music and fireworks at the beachside bar. The nearby Sunshine Town food street offers delicious local cuisine, with the pan-fried red paste crab being particularly tasty.

In summary, this is an excellent choice for a leisurely getaway. If you visit outside of peak holiday seasons, the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommended!

The concierge was incredibly friendly and helped us retrieve a package that had arrived at the hotel early. The lobby lounge area is also very spacious, and the evening happy hour was a nice touch. The hotel's pineapple cakes were delicious. The room was simple yet elegant, with a very soft mattress and comfortable duvet. The 24-hour check-out policy is a huge plus! 👍

Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a larger sea-view room. We were visiting Xiamen with our child, and this hotel has a fantastic location – the ocean is right outside the window! We also lucked out with perfect sunny weather. The front desk manager, Tingmei, was incredibly helpful; she proactively added us on WeChat. With a child, we frequently needed things like food deliveries, slippers, and toothbrushes, and Tingmei was always quick to respond. Her service was outstanding! We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The room had a great orientation. The fridge met my daily needs, and the front desk staff was very friendly. They even offered a shuttle service for the concert, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a very good stay. The only issue was a smoky smell when I first entered the room, but it seems to be a common problem in Xiamen as all the hotels I stayed in had it. Considering everything, it's still a great choice. It's close to the airport, only about a ten-minute drive, which is very convenient.

It was my first time to travel to Xiamen. Huang Zhiwei, the hotel receptionist, was enthusiastic and greeted us with a smile. He accompanied us throughout the check-in process, helped with the luggage, and accompanied us to the room. During the period, he enthusiastically explained the hotel check-in knowledge and travel guide, which made us feel like home. The scenery inside the hotel is super beautiful, there are many play facilities, and the children had a lot of fun. The room is very large. The living experience is full. The lobby is just outside the sea and beach, an excellent parent-child travel experience. If you come to Xiamen again, this parent-child hotel is the best choice🌸🌸🌸

The best decision for the 2026 Chinese New Year! Due to changes in our holiday schedule, we only had three days. I checked Ctrip, and Fuzhou's flight prices hadn't increased. We wanted somewhere with a beach and warm weather, and the Haiyingwan Hotel met all our needs. Perfect for a seaside stroll with the kids!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing – they had Fuzhou fish balls and 'guo bian' (local rice-flour soup), plus a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. We stayed in Building 2, and the ocean was just a three-minute walk away. During low tide, the kids were so engrossed in collecting shells they didn't want to leave. The sand was fine and soft; it was incredibly relaxing, especially if you just want to entertain kids and seniors. Even my 73-year-old mother loved it.

The hotel grounds are like a park. For kids who love planes, this is a treat! I heard it's the only seaside airport, so you can watch planes to your heart's content. It's not noisy at night either; with the windows closed, you can barely hear anything.

**2-3 Person Family Package:** Truly too much food, I suggest they make it available for lunch as well in the future.
**Fuzhou Airport Shuttle:** Departs every 30 minutes, always ready to go.
**Seaside Mini Train:** Absolutely a favorite for little ones.

The hotel has been renovated for a while, but thankfully it's still clean and quiet. It's very close to Hongqiao Terminal 1, but quite a distance from Terminal 2, about 5 kilometers, which is around a 20+ RMB taxi ride. There are no supermarkets or restaurants around the hotel. When checking out, the front desk arranged a complimentary airport drop-off, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
