The room is very big, the hotel is clean and the facilities are very good. The only drawback is that it is far from the center.

The best NH hotel in Bogotá consistently excellent service and comfort. One detail to reconsider: breakfast is now charged separately at $17, unlike previous stays when it was included. For guests staying multiple nights, this policy feels out of step. I hope they revisit this.🧘🏻♂️

On the other hand the steam room is super!

Stayed here many times. The location is very good. It is close to shopping malls and many entertainment venues. Safety is also guaranteed. It is really a wealthy area.

I am bias with this place. I did an intership in this hotel 28 years ago and I absolutely love Hotel Hacienda Santa Barbara. It is still quite elegant and the area where is located is one of the best in the city. The service, the room, the bathroom, they are all great. I really love the breakfast buffet for the top quality of the food and the variety of native Colombian fruits. The staff (Edwin in the front desk, Don Pedro and Ana in the restaurant..) are extremely helpful and efficient.  I will alway try to book this place whenever in Bogotá. Thank you

The room is very clean and the service is good. The front desk can speak English. The breakfast is OK. The transportation is convenient. There is a large supermarket nearby. It is my second stay. The experience is good.

The room was OK, but as usual there was no toothbrush, toothpaste or slippers. The breakfast was great and started at 05:00. The hotel is on the 6th floor of Terminal T2. There is a bar and an open-air smoking area upstairs, and of course there is also a smoking area downstairs.

The hotel is located in the downtown area. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There are many choices. There are many bars near the hotel. It is very convenient to stay in this location if you are traveling in Mexico City. The hotel is good overall. The facilities are not very new, but it meets the needs overall.

The room was clean, small but tidy. The front desk was professional. Constitution Square is right outside, so it's very convenient and safe to travel. There are also a lot of food!

This hotel should be the right price near Santa Fe. There is water in the lobby and breakfast bread can be taken away. If you catch an early flight, it is especially recommended. But this hotel has to charge a city tax, which is a bit pitted. Everything else is fine

Hotel location is very good, but the environment is general, a bit old five-star hotel, barely make do with it

If the address requirements are not high, this hotel is not cost-effective, and the miscellaneous fees are a bit too much. You need to pay a tourist fee and an extra breakfast fee on site.

It is located close to the bus station and nice restaurants and cafes.  Very convenient.  First we were a bit worried about some unpleasant reviews by others, but after all there were no problem with us.  The rooms were comfortable and staffs were all kind to us.  We were also provided a nice room as we have requested.  The period we have stayed was extremely hot, but the air conditioning was enough efficient.  If we come to Buenos Aires in future, we definitely will stay at this hotel.
