The hotel is wonderful, excellent location, the perfect service.
I was only disturbed by the bathrooms that were very moffy.

Hotel room is general, accommodation feels OK, there is a ** audio in the middle of the night to automatically play songs, the first time I thought the ghost came, the front desk did not deal with it, experienced 2 nights, the third night I canceled all settings with Google Translate, I feel that someone is whole, the hotel breakfast is also general

Very satisfied, good lighting, good service, clean, safe and reliable, looking forward to the next stay, the room type is too tight, close to the business district, convenient for travel, shopping, and dinner.

This is my first time in Sao Paulo on a business trip. My colleague recommended this hotel to me. It is within the standard range and has convenient transportation. I recommend it.

Comfortable bed.

Good price.
Parking price could be improved for guests. I thought R$40.00 per day for a vehicle was expensive. I believe that R$25.00 for guests is a fair price.

Problems:
Dirty balcony, metal parts dirty with black SP dust, Cobwebs with spiders as toast.
Extremely uncomfortable chair, but very uncomfortable indeed.
Table shakes a lot. It's horrible digital on the cantilever table.
Lighting near the table could be white light and suitable for the work, at least one spot on the ceiling or close to the work table lighting is suitable for the work.

All in all, success. I would definitely come back.

The Hotel needs to organize itself better, 3 times (when I registered, when I arrived to collect the card and when I returned the card to leave) I was charged for the daily rate.
I paid when I made the reservation on 14/11.....and it's super annoying when you keep saying that it has already been paid. The lack of organization is passed on to the guest

Manaus' accommodation, the hotel is OK, the room card has a few problems, I feel that the magnetic is insufficient, I always can't open the door, and then I changed it again and there is no problem.
For breakfast, it’s okay. For us, there is no vegetables, no to Sao Paulo, there are fruits, there are waiters, fried eggs, etc.
Now they don't clean the room on business trips, so room service doesn't experience it.
I went up to the rooftop pool too, small, but it's OK.
