Hotel was clean and nice although a bit small. They allowed early check in. A bit of a walk to Ueno station but still alright if taken the correct exit.

Although small, the place is fully equipped and not far from the subway station. Breakfast includes a coffee machine and microwave, and toiletries are self-service, which is quite nice and caters to Chinese tastes. However, explanations on how to use the facilities would be better. My colleague ate cold food on the first day because she didn't know the microwave could be used to heat it up, and she had some complaints.

I always stay here for business trips! It's within walking distance of Shibuya. There's a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The rooms are a bit small for leisure travelers, but they're clean and spacious enough for business trips. And, I was very pleased that the breakfast wasn't the same each time I stayed for multiple nights (very generous portions! Japanese bento boxes♪). I'll definitely use this hotel again! (P.S.: If I had to suggest one improvement, I'd like them to raise the quality of their coffee... If they could do that, it would be a perfect 120 points!)

The hotel was very pleasant and clean. Yes it’s a small room but very reasonably priced for London. Only a few minutes from the tube. Fine for a solo traveller and had everything you need. Plus the downstairs lounge restaurant was good and a place to easily work in the day if needed. Would recommend beehive next door for coffee breakfast.

The room decoration equipment is new, the sound insulation is not good, the sound of the pace upstairs can be heard, and the sound outside the room can be heard clearly. The bathroom space in the room is small, the washstand is small, the hand-held shower head has a small amount of water, the housekeeping staff forgot to add the shower gel, and immediately filled it after the next day's notice. The toilet seat cushion was skewed and not installed. It was not very ok to use!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel.  The location was very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Metro Station.

Washing machines (coin-operated) and an ice machine are available in the common area. A coffee machine is also available in the lobby, and water dispensers are provided on each floor.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.

I also appreciated the hotel facilities and the overall atmosphere, which felt welcoming and peaceful.
I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travellers.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. The front desk and staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making both check-in and check-out a breeze. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of transport options and dining choices nearby. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone! From pre-arrival communication to handling requests during my stay, everything was incredibly prompt, making my entire trip much more relaxing and enjoyable.
