I had a very pleasant stay at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Tokyo Ueno for 5 nights. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to rest after a long day of exploring Tokyo.

The bed was very comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were clean and well designed. I especially appreciated the amenities provided at the lobby, which guests can freely take as needed. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The location is very convenient, with a convenience store nearby and easy access to Ueno and Keisei Ueno stations, both just about a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel. This made getting around Tokyo and traveling to and from the airport very easy.

However, the room is quite small, and it can be difficult to open luggage at the same time. There is also limited space to relax inside the room. That said, this is quite typical for hotels in Tokyo.

Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would recommend this hotel for travelers who value cleanliness, good service, and a great location.

The hotel itself's double room is very small and the path is blocked the moment you open your suitcase. The other room is so much bigger and if you have the money, I'd suggest booking for the bigger room if 2 people. The bathroom size is same for both types of rooms though, the bathroom is kind of small as well. 
The service staff were lovely and helpful but there was only problem. 
I'd left my tshirt under the blanket and probably the cleaning staff mistakenly took my tshirt along with the blanket while cleaning the room. Never found my tshirt again. This was disappointing but a fair warning to all other bookers not to leave anything in your hotel beds lol. 
Every other aspect was satisfactory.

It is a clean and convenient hotel that has opened a new door. The room and toilet are very small, but the structure was reasonable, so there was no inconvenience for two people to stay. It takes 30-40 minutes to walk to Ginza and Asakusa, and 7-8 minutes to walk to the subway station. Instead of providing free bottled water in the room, water and coffee were provided in the lobby.

The room is not that big but it doesn't feel too cramped. The room faces the tracks, but I slept pretty well. The sound proofing is pretty good, except for inside the bathroom. I like the location, it's a short walk to the subway entrance and the JR station.

Room is very very small. I've stayed in many hotels in Japan. This one is extremely small. Struggled to open 2 pieces of 24 inch luggages (his and hers). There's no where to stow them, no compartments to tuck the luggages away for more walking space.

Ample space for bathroom. Moderately clean bedding, towels and flooring.

There's no way to get a slot at the laundry. Always full and with a queue (only 2 machines available for use). No luck even at 2am. 

This hotel is relatively far and inconvenient. 10 mins walk from midosuji line station.

Nice hotel, convenient location only a stop away from Liverpool Street. Very modern facilities and compares very well against other affordable options in London.
On the negative side, for some reason the fire alarm went off a the hotel in the middle of the night around 1am and blared loudly in the room for a good 2 or 3 minutes nonstop, which was quite jarring to wake up to and made it difficult to go back to sleep. Perhaps not the fault of the hotel, as these things happen, but it did bring down the experience a level.

Very good location. Close to more than three tube stations with various line options to commute into central London. Close to bus stops as well. Staff was friendly and helpful.
