The room was incredibly small, though well-equipped. I booked a double room, but it felt cramped even for one person. The shower pressure was strong, which was a plus, but the shower drain tended to smell bad. If you kept the bathroom door closed, it was fine, otherwise the whole room would smell.

The Japanese language skills of the front desk staff varied, so there's a risk of miscommunication. Be sure to double-check everything yourself.

The biggest advantage is the location, which is close to Ueno Station, making it convenient for getting anywhere.

I always stay here for business trips! It's within walking distance of Shibuya. There's a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The rooms are a bit small for leisure travelers, but they're clean and spacious enough for business trips. And, I was very pleased that the breakfast wasn't the same each time I stayed for multiple nights (very generous portions! Japanese bento boxes♪). I'll definitely use this hotel again! (P.S.: If I had to suggest one improvement, I'd like them to raise the quality of their coffee... If they could do that, it would be a perfect 120 points!)

Although small, the place is fully equipped and not far from the subway station. Breakfast includes a coffee machine and microwave, and toiletries are self-service, which is quite nice and caters to Chinese tastes. However, explanations on how to use the facilities would be better. My colleague ate cold food on the first day because she didn't know the microwave could be used to heat it up, and she had some complaints.

The environment is comfortable and clean, the room is spacious and bright, and the facilities are complete and functional. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The hotel's location is convenient, the surroundings are quiet, and the soundproofing is also good. Overall, the experience was great, offering excellent value for money. I would choose this place again next time and highly recommend it to everyone!

I stayed here while applying for my US visa in London. The receptionist was very welcoming. I stayed in a double room, but it felt small. There was a small table and a window. The bathroom was quite clean and provided shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and a hairdryer. However, there were no toothbrushes, a kettle, or disposable slippers. Adjusting the air conditioning was convenient; although it was a bit chilly when I first entered the room, it warmed up after I turned it on. It's very close to London Victoria Station, about a ten-minute walk, with many restaurants and convenience stores along the way, making transportation very convenient.

Staff at front desk are very polite and welcoming.  They tried their best to communicate in English.  The hotel has provided coffee, and different kinds of teas as well as the toiletries.  Breakfast was ok.  Mains are not buffet (only the drinks, soup, bread and salad are buffet) but it is value for the money.  Check in and check out was a breeze.  You didn’t have to wait for them to check the rooms for any damage or loss.  You can check out right away.  It was just far from the tourist spots of Osaka but very near the subway station Misoduji.  Overall, my stay was a 4.5/5!

The room was generally very clean, and the location was excellent—just a short walk from Kitahama Station. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, as well as Kitahama Plaza where you can find a grocery store. You’ll also be spoiled for choice when it comes to nice restaurants in the area, including a great one right downstairs. Housekeeping is provided once every three days, but if you'd like your room cleaned daily, you can simply request it.
