The front desk staff seemed to be Indian, and I guess the cleaning staff were too. I constantly felt like the sheets and duvet weren't clean, which made me really uncomfortable. The small room wasn't an issue, but I really think cleanliness is a basic requirement. In the end, I slept in my pajamas with a towel under me on the sheets. They have hot water and free coffee on the first floor, which was a nice touch. It's about an 800-meter walk from Ueno Station.

[Honestly, I don't want to share this...] My Recommended Hotel in Tokyo
I always stay here for business trips! It's within walking distance of Shibuya. There's a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The rooms are a bit small for leisure travelers, but they're clean and spacious enough for business trips. And, I was very pleased that the breakfast wasn't the same each time I stayed for multiple nights (very generous portions! Japanese bento boxes♪). I'll definitely use this hotel again! (P.S.: If I had to suggest one improvement, I'd like them to raise the quality of their coffee... If they could do that, it would be a perfect 120 points!)

Although small, the place is fully equipped and not far from the subway station. Breakfast includes a coffee machine and microwave, and toiletries are self-service, which is quite nice and caters to Chinese tastes. However, explanations on how to use the facilities would be better. My colleague ate cold food on the first day because she didn't know the microwave could be used to heat it up, and she had some complaints.

Convenient location, just diagonally across from the subway exit, about a 4-minute walk. Simple breakfast is provided, with self-service check-in and check-out. The room is very small; if you have two 28-inch suitcases, you'll have to take turns opening them flat to pack. It's a good choice for friends traveling together or for a simple business stay. However, since the room is on the basement level, it gets very cold.

The room was really small, and the bathroom was tiny; I could barely turn around in it. However, the location is great, just a ten-minute walk from Victoria Station. If you don't feel like walking, you can take a bus for one stop. It's also not far to walk to Westminster Abbey, and there are restaurants all along the way. The decor is very new, and the service was quite good. When I checked in, there was some un-flushed toilet paper from the previous guest, but they came to clean it up right away. I stayed for three nights, and on the first day, I was able to check in over an hour early, which was flexible. The elevator made going up and down very convenient. It was quiet at night, and there was a patrol car parked across from the hotel, which made me feel very safe.

I stayed in single room 315 for one night. I booked it at an excellent price. It was a short 10 min walk from West Kensington Station and easy to find. There are lots of shops and places to eat around the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet street. The receptionist was very attentive and made sure I settled in quickly. Check in was very fast. The room was carpeted and new. I had a window that opened. I had T and coffee facilities and a good range of T. The bathroom was very clean and the toiletries were really lovely. There was body cream and hair conditioner. My bed was very comfortable and the room was a good temperature. It was very quiet and I as kept extremely well! I used the hairdryer and it’s next to the mirror. The room was perfect for one person and had all the things I needed. Breakfast was basic but very fresh. It had a good coffee machine with a range of drinks. The toaster was good! Better than at my last hotel. The breakfast area was very clean and pleasant, like a cafe and there were not too many people. It was very nice breakfast! I also left my luggage on two occasions, when I arrived too early and when I left so the hotel were very accommodating. The hotel was in a good safe area for female travellers and it was close to Kensington high street if I wanted to walk. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will definitely book again if the price holds. I had a perfect time and the staff are very lovely. The images I posted are of the single room, the bathroom, the shower products, the breakfast room when I was having breakfast and my visits to the Knights Temple Church and Temple, Thanks everyone at the hotel for making my stay so pleasant and easy!

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, making it extremely easy and hassle-free to travel around Osaka.
This prime location makes it very convenient for sightseeing and day trips.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
There are plenty of food and drink options nearby, including Starbucks, MOS Burger, and two pastry shops within walking distance.
Downstairs, there is also a Japanese chain restaurant offering reasonably priced and delicious meals—perfect for a quick bite without going far.
Overall, the hotel is very convenient in terms of location, dining options, and transport access.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Metro Station.

Washing machines (coin-operated) and an ice machine are available in the common area. A coffee machine is also available in the lobby, and water dispensers are provided on each floor.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever needed. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.

I also appreciated the hotel facilities and the overall atmosphere, which felt welcoming and peaceful.
I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travellers.
