Facilities: A bit older, which is to be expected given its age, but the room itself is quite spacious.

Environment: The location is excellent. There are many great places to eat downstairs, and the view from the window is also nice.
Service: Just normal, good.

It was my first stay at Park hotel Shanghai. The concierge staff came to help bring my luggage to the reception as soon as he saw me moving towards the hotel. The only issue is that due to the narrow road and location of the hotel, the cars may not be able to stop right at the entrance but this issue cannot really be fixed. Just something for travelers with luggage to keep in mind and remind the driver to stop as nearby as possible. The lady who checked in for me arranged a great room on a high floor. My suite was absolutely beautiful and although this is an old historical property, the maintenance is very good and the room was well renovated. I had a perfect view of People’s Square park and enjoyed looking out the window. The bed was absolutely one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept at and even equipped with massage and heating functions which was so great that I really didn’t wanna get out of bed. I didn’t have much time during my stay but I saw that they’ve have a small museum regarding the history of the hotel on the second floor. I will definitely return and arrange more time to have a look at the second floor and get a drink in the lobby. Many thanks for an excellent stay.

The location is very convenient for getting around via train. One thing I like about it is the service level of the staff working in the hotel.
On the first night we arrived late at the hotel, I could not use the ******* app, and one of the staff members took the extra step to help us order food using his app.
The cleaning lady at the floor which we stayed is very professional and she always has a smile. The room is always well clean despite us having lots of dirty clothes in a corner.

As a century-old landmark hotel in Shanghai, the service at the Golden Gate Hotel is a prime example of ”old-fashioned thoughtfulness and humanistic care.” From the moment you step in, meticulous service is provided throughout, transforming a historic building into a warm and comforting space. The front desk service is efficient and heartwarming; the 24-hour staff are friendly and proactive in offering early check-in. During the off-season, they even provide free room upgrades. They also give accurate advice on transportation and local attractions, and their foreign language communication is seamless. The concierge and baggage service are definite pluses. They'll actively offer help when they see guests struggling with luggage, and for the steps between the annex and the main building, the bellhops will carry your bags the entire way, saving guests the hassle. All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Shanghai!

The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient, right in Xujiahui.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helped upgrade our room. The executive room was really comfortable.

The breakfast was also great. If you're going to Disneyland, make sure to have a good breakfast!

The only downside was that they don't bring food delivery up to the room, so I had to do my makeup while feeling sleepy in the morning... sigh.

I'll definitely come back again.

The service was warm yet discreet, hygiene was impeccable, and the location was excellent for getting around, whether by car or ride-sharing. The in-room facilities were complete, with a very well-thought-out layout for the bathroom, shower, washbasin, minibar, and bedroom. A wall-sized window framed a dynamic painting; looking up, you could see planes dotting the sky, whether cloudy or clear, and looking down, the Drips Lake water belt encircled the land, like a blank canvas for the few modern buildings. The hotel's breakfast needs no extra praise; I think their room service was the most commendable – exquisite dishes, timely delivery, and a 20% discount. Such great value!

First off, the location is excellent. It's right next to Metro Zhaojiabang Road Exit 4, just 2.5 km from the Huangpu River, and Zhongshan Hospital is only a few minutes' walk away. Secondly, the room was incredibly spacious, with excellent amenities and comfortable bedding. Despite being close to the road, the room was well soundproofed and quiet. Downstairs, within just a short walk, you'll find restaurants, fruit shops, and supermarkets, making it incredibly convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again; it's highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The location was near the airport where we needed to be but it’s not great if you want to explore downtown. The staff were also lovely, The pool is nice and warm enough with great staff too. There was a few concerns I had. We had the ac in as cold and as high as it would go and it was just passable. I’d be scared to come in summer. We had the baby crib which was set up lovely but there was a weird door there baby could kick out of and slip through. We put a suitcase up next to it to keep it shut but it could be really dangerous if you didn’t notice.

Facilities: Renovated in 2004 and reopened in March 2005, the facilities are impeccable. The decor is remarkably Shanghainese, complete with Siemens appliances and Kohler bathroom fixtures. The toiletries are from the time-honored Chinese brand Shanghai Tang, creating a sophisticated oriental feel.

Environment: The hotel building dates back to 1920, later becoming the Jing'an Hotel. A century later, it was restored to its original name, ”Haige Apartment.” While retaining the charm of old Shanghai, the interior has been renovated. The hotel is located near Jing'an Temple, about a five-minute walk away, and is close to a subway exit. The large lawn at the entrance is a rare find in such a prime location. The on-site fitness center is compact and not particularly professional, but it's adequate.

Service: The staff are friendly and professional. They'll check on your luggage before check-in, as the hotel entrance is a flight of steps, making it difficult to manage without assistance. Breakfast is a buffet option, with both Western omelets and Chinese wontons available.

A model of hotel renovation, the best choice to experience Shanghai style!

Came here with my boyfriend, it was pretty good.

**Facilities:** A bit old, but it's an old hotel that's been around for a while, so that's understandable.
**Cleanliness:** Everything was good.
**Environment:** The surroundings are super convenient, the subway station is right outside.
**Service:** Excellent!

Hotel is best for travelers familiar with the area
The hotel reservation was easily made and the room was available when I got to Beijing. Please note that the ”International” in the hotel name gives you a certain preconception that will not holdup when you arrive. I travel a lot, and do not expect the world to speak English, but International hotel eludes to options for international visitors. That is not the case at Liaoning International Hotel, they only speak Mandarin, and most will not try to communicate with a translation app. The menus and other signs are only in Mandarin as well. It took 3 visits to the spa area to figure out the hotel pool was there and how to use it. Note that the internet is not stable enough to allow your VPN to engage and stay on. I was not impressed with housekeeping, except on the last day they actually gave me all the soap options, extra water (was 104F the week I was there) and turned down my bed putting a mat and my house shoes by the bed! The hotel is off by itself making it difficult to navigate before you have data in your phone for maps. If you have been to Beijing before this would be okay, you would know what you are getting. If you have not been before, you will have an easier trip at a larger hotel chain near shops and restaurants.

The hotel is well-located, offering convenient access to a nearby station and within walking distance of Wangfujing, while being slightly removed from the busier (and more expensive) center of that area. There are also plenty of affordable local dining options close by. Check-in was smooth, requiring a 500 RMB deposit, which was promptly refunded upon check-out.

The room was spacious and generally well-maintained, with good cleaning service. The bed was slightly firm, but the room was equipped with daily-provided bathroom amenities, effective heating, complimentary bottled water, comfortable slippers, and robes.

It was spring during our stay, and high dust levels in the city affected the air quality in the room, which could be a concern for guests with allergic rhinitis. Additionally, the hotel's policy of not operating air conditioning during spring resulted in occasional discomfort at night, although a fan was provided quickly upon request.

Hotel facilities were not extensively used, but we noted they had a good-sized conference and banquet area, which could be useful for business or event travelers.
The neighborhood around the hotel felt safe and was pleasant for walking, with easy access to transportation and food options. The hotel itself was well soundproofed, ensuring a quiet stay despite its central location.

One notable drawback was the language barrier. Despite being a 4-star hotel, none of the staff we encountered spoke English, which made communication challenging. On several occasions, calls to the reception desk were disconnected without resolution, which felt unprofessional.

Lastly, we chose not to avail of the hotel's breakfast due to its relatively high price, but the abundance of nearby, affordable dining options made this a non-issue.

Overall, I would still recommend this hotel to business and family travelers looking for a centrally located, safe, and generally comfortable place to stay.

Stayed temporarily for overtime, free parking. There is a KTV in the basement of the hotel, and the lobby on the first floor is a bit noisy. The room was cleaned fairly well. There was no toothbrush, but the robot could bring it up, which was very convenient. However, the mahogany style of the room looked very old overall, and the facilities were not good, especially the bathroom. The bathtub was difficult to drain, and the hair dryer was very weak, and the hair dryer could not blow up the hair. It was okay to stay for one night, but it is not recommended if you are traveling to Beijing

The hotel is very comfortable, completely worthy of its price, the front desk service is very good, especially the Zhang Yu, Li Shuang, Li Chaoran who served me not only are beautiful, but also the service attitude is quite gentle. I really want to think about what I think. I wanted to stay for two days and check out. The room was renewed repeatedly!

I recently stayed with my family at the Xi’an Jinjiang West Capital Hotel, booking two Executive Suites (Xingzheng Taofang) on the 10th floor. While the location of the hotel is indeed excellent — close to many attractions and convenient for family travelers — I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience that I believe other travelers should be aware of.

During our stay, my Apple iPhone was lost in room #1007. Using the “Find My iPhone” function, I was able to confirm and even take a screenshot showing that the phone was still located inside the hotel building. However, despite this clear evidence, the hotel management informed us that they could not find the device.

I had expected that a hotel of this standard would have sufficient security measures and surveillance cameras to help locate lost items — especially when digital tracking shows that the device remains on the premises. Unfortunately, no meaningful assistance or resolution was provided.

It is truly disappointing, as I have stayed in many hotels — including Sofitel and others — and have never had such an issue. While the Jinjiang West Capital Hotel has a good location and reasonable comfort, I would advise future guests to consider other hotels with stronger security and better management support.

This stay was very, very satisfying.
The front desk service was very comfortable and warm. It was strict in check-in and responsible for the guests. When entering the hotel, the staff always smiled and were enthusiastic. From patiently answering questions during check-in, to the receptionist standing outside who took the initiative to help with luggage and guide the room, every detail showed professionalism and thoughtfulness, especially Ms. Jing Feifei and Ms. Xu Aojun at the front desk. They felt very good and were very skilled in operation. Even in the face of peak check-in, I didn't feel the slightest bit of waiting. The other staff were also very careful and responded to questions in a timely manner. Every front desk staff had a warm and friendly smile on their faces. They took the initiative to greet and patiently listened to my needs. Whether asking for food recommendations around the hotel or understanding the routes of some tourist attractions, they could give detailed and practical answers. When I called in the morning to ask where to eat, they would tell me and explain the time to time. It felt very intimate, and they were all smiling. They treated guests very warmly and thoughtfully, making people feel at home as soon as they stepped into the hotel.
The hotel's facilities and equipment are complete and relatively advanced. The bed in the room is soft and comfortable, all kinds of electrical appliances are available, the air conditioning and heating effect are good, and the network is very stable. It can meet the needs of leisure and entertainment or work. The bathroom is clean and tidy, the shower equipment has a moderate water output, the water temperature is easy to adjust, and it is very comfortable to use.
Speaking of the hotel environment, the night view outside the hotel is very beautiful. The front desk lady also upgraded my room type to the Hejing King Room. I can work while enjoying the scenery at night. This river view is really beautiful. I must stay here next time I come to Xi'an. In the afternoon, I went out and the scenery of the hotel park is also very good. There are many green plants, the environment is very good, and it is very clean. In the afternoon, there will be people fishing by the river, which feels very comfortable. The public area is elegantly decorated, and the decoration style is simple but stylish. The corridor is clean and odorless, and the green plants are arranged in a staggered manner, adding a bit of vitality. The restaurant environment is even more pleasant, with neatly arranged tables and chairs, and soft lighting to create a comfortable dining atmosphere.
