Stayed for four nights and overall, I was quite satisfied. The rooftop pool is great, though it wasn't very clean – there was a lot of debris in it, so I'd suggest they clean it more thoroughly.

The breakfast was really plentiful; I enjoyed it every morning.

The room size was just right, not too big and not too small, but the bathroom was huge! Very happy with that, haha.

The service was also good. The bedding was on the firmer side, which suited me perfectly, haha.

It's just a weird stay. Overall good, but the service especially is inconsistent - the younger staff had the worst Gen Z stare I've ever come across (coming from a Gen Z myself), just stared blankly at customers with no greetings, and overall seemed very confused on what they needed to do. I think they needed some training. The older staff on the other hand are quite nice and efficient.

Also confused on the amenities provided - stayed for 4 nights; the first 2 nights had no water in room so I just bought from the hotel's own vending machine - but on the 3rd night they started providing bottled water in room. This goes back to the untrained front desk staff - they gave no explanation on what's provided and what's not.

This overall limbo and confusion lasts until check out - when I handed the room key back they just stood like O_O. Nothing said - not ”ok, check out done” or even ”finish”. I had to be the one to ask - so is that all? No other charges?

Please please train your front desk.

This is a great hotel located near Asahibashi Station. If you're staying for multiple nights, they provide housekeeping service starting from the second day. The room's soundproofing is excellent, so it's not noisy at all. It comes with a bathtub, which is wonderful for a relaxing soak after a long day of walking. Since I was staying alone in a double room, I felt the space was quite adequate.

Stayed for a short 2 nights as I've a morning home flight.
Room is CLEAN! Majority of hotels around Japan comes with a decent tub for you to soak in... I'm happy Tissage's 🛁 is spacious & deep. I took my warm soak after a long tiring walk each nights . The window view overseeing the harbour/port is calming however it rained on all my 7 days in Okinawa.. Fortunately on my final night the ☀️ showed up gracefully. 
Love the initiative that the hotel lobby has a display of few pamphlets of attractions.. Umikagi Terrace Senagajima one really caught my eye. Glad i went! 
I might only consider its tricky location though, as there's construction works going on during my visit in May .
A 11-15mins walk frm hotel gets u to arrive into Asahibashi station. I took /booked a DiDi ride the morning which i had to leave for an international fligh home,  a decent fare of ¥ 1950 to Naha airport.
All staffs speaks great English! :D 
Bed is comfy, using Simmons mattress! 👍🏻 ✨ 
Okinawa works well if you rent a car... public transport is tricky as buses operates on schedule and often the buses were slightly delayed behind time due to traffic congestion. 
I'd recommend it anyway. 😁 
Arigatogozhaimasu Tissage Hotel & staffs.

Really appreciated to the guy working on the 3rd night helping me with booing the taxi at late night. Was stuck at the Pikmin park the service area and hard to find at the time, great that everything sorted out thanks to the male staff working that night(sorry I forgot your name)

The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Hiroshima Station's South Exit. The room was on the smaller side, which I expected. Downstairs, they offer breakfast from 7-10 AM, with a good selection of breads, small pastries, apple juice, orange juice, and coffee. If you don't have super high expectations, it's pretty decent. There are also quite a few good izakayas nearby, but unfortunately, they allow smoking, so we couldn't go in with kids. However, there's a nice yakiniku place close by that was a good alternative.

This hotel offers a fantastic overall experience. Its convenient location makes getting around and finding places to eat incredibly easy. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a very peaceful night's rest. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making both check-in and check-out efficient. Housekeeping was thorough, and the facilities were well-maintained, offering great value for money. It's a generally quiet and cozy place to stay, and I felt very comfortable. I'd definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone traveling.

Cleanliness: The room was clean, though as the hotel had just been renovated, there was a faint but understandable new renovation smell.
Facilities: There's a laundry room on the first floor, complimentary coffee is available, and breakfast included small pastries.
The room itself was quite small; we booked a twin room, and once our suitcases were placed, there was hardly any space left.
Location & Transportation: The location is very convenient, right by Nihonbashi Station. However, a heads-up for travelers with luggage: the subway station does not have elevators.
