I stayed here for two nights during my three-day trip to Wuhan. I originally chose this hotel for its location, but upon arrival, I realized that getting to most major attractions still requires at least a 12 RMB taxi ride. The hotel is right on a main road, but luckily, my room was on a high floor, so it wasn't too noisy. The room was well-equipped and very spacious, as it's an apartment converted into a hotel, which was generally good. The breakfast selection was excellent—very rich and delicious. The only downside was that on check-in day, I was with two children, and the front desk only gave us one small snack. I asked if I could get the next day's snack as well so one child wouldn't feel left out, but the front desk said no, only one. And then, no snack was delivered the next day either.

This hotel is simply fantastic! The location is superb, right next to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street – absolutely flawless! The rooms are equipped with Dyson hairdryers, and the shower facilities are separated into wet and dry areas. The twin rooms are larger than average, probably 1.35 meters, but they feel like 1.5-meter beds!

The underground parking garage is convenient, and there are even charging stations for electric cars. The staff, both the young men and women, are incredibly enthusiastic and go above and beyond to help with anything you need!

We initially booked for just one day, but we immediately canceled our subsequent bookings elsewhere and stayed here for several days straight!

The most amazing thing, though, was their breakfast. It's absolutely top-tier, truly a rare find among hotel breakfasts. The variety and selection are extensive. Having breakfast here feels like you can sample all the great food Big ***** has to offer. Our whole family, including the elderly and children, couldn't stop raving about it! Highly, highly recommend! If my friends come to visit again, I'll strongly recommend this place!

Stayed here for a conference at the Optics Valley Convention Centre. Takes about 10 mins to walk there through an underground walkway. The hotel was amazing! The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. On the first day there were all kinds of welcoming fruits, a huge waffle with drink, etc. They have free laundry and ironing services, you can call the 'ah yi' to get the laundry from your room or you could go to the laundry room at level 2 yourself. The breakfast menu was a bit limited for me as a picky eater. The air-conditioning was centralised, so when the room gets warm, they told me to open the window, which did make the room cooler. The toilet was like in Japan with heated seat and bidet. The shower head was like the rain type. I like that they have motion sensors which activated dim lights when we go to the toilet in the middle of the night.  Just that the lights are a bit too dim for working and reading. Overall, the hotel exceed my expectations! Kudos!

Our family stayed in this hotel for 5 nights on our summer vacation. We have traveled to a lot of different places around the world, but Radisson Red Xi’an is definitely on the top list. The facility is very new and modern, rooms are clean, breakfast buffet is high quality and meets different needs. The location is great too. Subway is a few steps away from the hotel, you can easily go visit anywhere in the city by subway. And you also have free self service laundry, which is so convenient. 

The staff are friendly. Allen at the front desk is a great person. He is polite and provides a lot of help to us. 

It is highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit!

I stayed at Radisson RED Xi’an Olympic Sports Center for 9 days and 8 nights. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The housekeeping team did a good job, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day out.

The hotel’s design has a trendy and youthful vibe, true to the Radisson RED brand. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The location is convenient if you’re attending events around the Olympic Sports Center area, though it’s a bit far from the main city attractions.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room was clean and comfortable, The bed was especially cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I got a highfloor room and the city night view was spectacular. 
The staff were friendly. Check-in was quick and smooth. 
The hotel facilities were great, the self-served laundry was next level excellent and it's free to hotel patron. The location was very convenient with public transport nearby (high speed train). Everything about the stay made the experience enjoyable and relaxing.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
