Room was clean, good amenities and location as it’s right opposite Nagoya station! I know the room was going to be small, but it was still manageable even for 2 guests. front desk was also helpful helping us store our luggages when we checked out. only thing if I had to nitpick is that they don’t provide anymore bottled water after the first day, but overall a very satisfactory stay

Getting to the hotel from the airport is super easy: just take the Meitetsu Line straight to Nagoya Station, and it's about a 7-8 minute walk from there. Nagoya Station is great for shopping, with department stores like Takashimaya and JR Tower, plus tons of restaurants and shopping streets. You'll find everything from hitsumabushi (grilled eel) to Komeda Coffee and Ichiran Ramen. The 7-Eleven nearby even offers tax refunds.

The front desk staff were really friendly and had excellent English. On the first floor, you can help yourself to various toiletries and tea bags. The room was a bit small but perfectly fine. Breakfast included both Western options like bread and salad, and Japanese dishes. If you want your room cleaned, you need to let the front desk know in the morning. For fresh towels, just put them in the bag provided and hang it on your doorknob. The only downside was that the breakfast menu never changed.

Perfect sized room for a solo traveler with two suitcases and very near a main Nagoya line station (Yellow - Fushimi). 

I love that you can choose the pillow sturdiness and type, as well as the micro-jetlike shower head! Also the very easy to use faucet temperature systems both on the sink and shower areas. Bath tub fits enough for a small girle like me. 

Staff is very friendly and accommodating even if I only speak a little Japanese. 

Props for their keycard too, that is made of bamboo material, very environmentally friendly! 

P.S. would take home the indoor slippers if I could cause it fits me so well and its very ergonomically comfy to use on tired feet. :)

The hotel's location isn't far from Nagoya Station, so it's convenient even with luggage. The service is very enthusiastic, and the public bath's temperature is just right, unlike some other hotels where it's scalding hot. They even offer popsicles after your bath! If you're not a fan of public baths, you can grab bath salts and even face masks, all provided free of charge. 

Overall, the hygiene is quite good, but the toilet had a strong odor. It might be due to the wallpaper in the toilet, which makes it hard to get rid of smells. Although they provide air freshener spray, it wasn't very effective.

The bed was very comfortable, and if you don't like the pillows in the room, you can choose a different one.

My only, and I think significant, issue is with the room's curtains. Why can't they use regular curtains? The current ones let in far too much light, and I was woken up by the bright morning light, which really affected my sleep.

The access was convenient and easy to find. The room was clean and well-maintained, spacious enough for a stay without meals. The staff were very polite and helpful. It was convenient that the public bath and coin laundry could be used late at night. There's no smoking room or smoking area nearby. The air conditioning unit in the room is quite large, making temperature adjustment a bit difficult.

This was my first time staying overnight in Ise, so I chose a hotel from a brand I frequently use. It's conveniently located right across from the JR station. There's a hot spring bath on the second floor of the hotel, and you can even enjoy an ice cream after your soak to cool down. Breakfast is served in the restaurant, also on the second floor. We stayed in the new annex, and they offered complimentary afternoon tea from 3 PM.

The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The complimentary静岡茶 (Shizuoka tea) with dango (sweet dumplings), welcome drinks, and oden were absolutely wonderful. The room was comfortable, although the only minor drawback was the small TV screen. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. Thank you!
