One of the best hotel I stayed so far, very nice welcome with sweet potato and smiling people, while checkout one person came running and gave me water bottle it was really surprise for me 😀location is so so but hospitality was amazing it’s 10 minutes and cost taxi 31RMB .

The hotel is located in a mature area, convenient for taxis and buses, and a certain distance from the light rail station. The room facilities are very good, with electric curtains and smart toilets. The TV is large enough and the sound insulation is very good. Although it faces the street on the second floor, you can't hear anything with the windows closed. Regarding the noise from the road, the most surprising thing is that the hotel also serves late night snacks. Rather than a late night snack, it can be said to be dinner, which is great!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made everything seamless. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. I also loved the added perk of free coffee and delicious food at the Lobby area,which made the experience even better. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to Wuma shopping street, making it super convenient. Highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, amenities, and prime location!one of the best hotel in Wenzhou!

It’s a good price for a quick in and out especially for short engagements. We were there for a busy weekend and it was nice to come back and sink into their beds. They are clean with all amenities. The building is under construction so the elevator was quite sandy. Breakfast was okay with variety. The staff, very courteous. In short we enjoyed our stay. I don’t know how it would feel if you are planning a staycation. Oh and we were given evening fruits which was pleasant though unexpected.

What impressed me most about this hotel was the warmth and thoughtful service, which truly sets it apart from many domestic hotels. Many of these touches are unique ideas – it's a hotel with heart! Firstly, upon checking in at the front desk, each of us was offered a warm, fragrant baked sweet potato. Entering the room, there was a heartwarming card on the bed. The room was spacious and tidy, with an approximately 90-inch large color TV. Depending on the room rate, some even include an electric massage chair. The functional areas were well-laid out, with a separate shower room, washbasin, and toilet. The flush toilet was fully intelligent. The shower room had a small bench for sitting while showering, and a towel warmer was installed next to the washbasin. Alcohol disinfectant wipes were placed in multiple areas, including the bathroom. The wardrobe area had scented sachets, and a row of drying hooks was specially installed in front of the central air conditioning vent (the room also came with a retractable clothesline). The mini-fridge contained an apple, a pear, 2 bottles of mineral water, a bottle of Sprite, a box of Zhenguoli drink, and some snacks, which the front desk informed us were complimentary. In the hallway, there were projected温馨提示 (warm reminders) like ”It's late, everyone's asleep, please be quiet, good night,” as well as breakfast times and locations, laundry room info, front desk number, public Wi-Fi details, and check-out time. 

Furthermore, the front desk lobby was equipped with a wide array of thoughtful amenities, including a blood pressure monitor, men's hair styling gel, Yunnan Baiyao bandages, face masks, medical alcohol swabs, condoms, individual travel bath bags, Chinese chess and Lu Zhan chess sets, sanitary pads, cotton swabs, brown sugar ginger tea bags, green tea bags, tissues, and matches. Guests could also enjoy free ice pops, ice cream, and unlimited complimentary mineral water. 

When checking out, the lovely front desk staff even presented us with a box of peanut brittle…

Tell me, who wouldn't be touched by such a hotel? Who wouldn't love it? I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Wenzhou. It’s a hotel with an incredible amount of thoughtful details – the Wen Du Yuan Hotel!!

The details are really well done. All the requirements are met. Various snacks, various fruits, breakfast, Chinese and late night snacks. The most important thing is the staff. The service is enthusiastic. I called the hotel before I arrived. I also gave a small note to remind the room. Like, like, like.

Service: 👍, it rained every day when I came to Wenzhou, I brought umbrellas when I went to the scenic spots, and the hotel staff gave us disposable raincoats to prepare, thank you.
When I came back, I also presented a few packs of candy~~~Thank you.
Location: very close to scenic spots, starting fee by taxi~~~ To go to Nanxi River, you can go to Oubei Bus Station to take a bus.

A treasure hotel with very high cost performance! Perfect details! The front desk provided a warm welcome, there are washing machines and dryers on each floor, the rooms are spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the hygiene is good, there are delicious food in the refrigerator, there are tips everywhere in the room, there is a clothes drying rack at the air-conditioning vent, dental floss and cotton swabs are placed at the head of the bed, the bath water is superb... In short, it feels so great to move here from a B&B that cost more than a thousand yuan and had nothing! It is very close to Wutian Old Street, very convenient for shopping and eating at night!

Temperature Spring Hotel, my top choice for my next visit!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Temperature Spring Hotel this time! The location is super convenient, within walking distance to bus stops and shopping areas. Plus, self-drivers get free 24-hour parking.

The service was incredibly thoughtful. We were offered hot drinks upon arrival, and they were quick to respond when we needed to borrow something or ask for directions. They also provide free water and snacks 24/7. The room was clean and well soundproofed, the bedding was soft, and they even provided different types of pillows and charging cables – the attention to detail was excellent.

Great value for money! I've already recommended it to friends, and it'll be my preferred choice for future trips!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Wenzhou. The overall experience was very pleasant, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring the city.
What stood out the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. Their friendly attitude and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wenzhou who values great hospitality and a welcoming environment.

I feel like this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in...

As soon as I entered the lobby, I was awestruck by the super tall Christmas tree, so I quickly stopped to take a photo. A friendly guy at the front desk saw us and came over to greet us warmly, offering us tea and comforting roasted sweet potatoes. The sweet aroma of the sweet potatoes filled the first floor, and all our travel fatigue melted away.

The check-in was handled by a curly-haired young man who was very approachable. He upgraded us to an executive room, which was a pleasant surprise. Afterward, another handsome young man helped us with our luggage and even added the butler's WeChat during the process. He learned that we were traveling and enthusiastically recommended Shaoxing's special noodles (which were indeed delicious when we tried them later 👍). The young man also meticulously introduced us to the hotel's facilities, such as the dryer and washing machine, microwave, and direct drinking water dispenser, making us feel right at home.

I was amazed when I entered the room; it was spacious and comfortable enough to roll around on the floor. The floor-to-ceiling window was my favorite part; lying on the massage chair, looking at the beautiful scenery outside, it was incredibly relaxing 😌. In the evening, projecting a movie while enjoying delicious food, it was pure bliss, my dear! Not only the sheets and bedding, but the entire room was spotlessly clean and tidy. You could tell the cleaning auntie was very diligent. After we left, they would clean our room again, but nothing on the bed was disturbed, which is commendable.

The chef uncle at the restaurant also provided exceptional emotional value, asking if there was anything we wanted him to cook fresh for us. But by then, we had already had a hearty meal because the breakfast spread was so rich and varied that we wanted to try everything. After eating, I felt like I gained ten pounds...

The only downside to this hotel is that the room is too comfortable, making us not want to go out and just stay in the hotel... I recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Shaoxing; you'll regret it for a lifetime if you don't stay here haha 😂
