When I checked in, the front desk offered freshly baked sweet potatoes and tea, which was a really thoughtful touch. They also told me about the hotel's facilities: there's a self-service laundry room with a dryer on the first floor, and I could even hit the gym if I wanted to. Plus, there's a Wanda Plaza nearby and a night market in the evenings, which is quite fun. They also proactively told me that it's only a 15-minute taxi ride to the airport, which was great since I had a flight the next day. The Olympic Sports Center is also very close. The best part is that the hotel provides three meals a day! Both lunch and supper offer freshly prepared main courses for free. There's a large, free parking lot right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend it, haha! I'll definitely be back next time.

My friends and I came to Wenzhou for a trip and booked this hotel on Trip.com. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were drawn to a heartwarming scene. They had roasted sweet potatoes, which were so sweet and delicious! The staff had excellent service attitudes, and the location is great. There were fruits and snacks neatly arranged, all free to eat. The room was spotless, and right outside the hotel is Wuma Street, which is very lively. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

The hotel is located in a mature area, convenient for taxis and buses, and a certain distance from the light rail station. The room facilities are very good, with electric curtains and smart toilets. The TV is large enough and the sound insulation is very good. Although it faces the street on the second floor, you can't hear anything with the windows closed. Regarding the noise from the road, the most surprising thing is that the hotel also serves late night snacks. Rather than a late night snack, it can be said to be dinner, which is great!

I had wonderful experience in this hotel. Staff was polite and service was amazing , nothing to complain about. I stayed for 3 days , I got apples from them every afternoon and my fridge had some free snacks and drinks as well. Room was clean and tidy and what I enjoyed the most is a huge window view from my room where I had peace to do my own things on the computer. I guess the only inconvinient things for someone can be the distance from downtown but it isn't so far , only 10-15 min in a taxi to reach downtown. I believe you will enjoy here.

What impressed me most about this hotel was the warmth and thoughtful service, which truly sets it apart from many domestic hotels. Many of these touches are unique ideas – it's a hotel with heart! Firstly, upon checking in at the front desk, each of us was offered a warm, fragrant baked sweet potato. Entering the room, there was a heartwarming card on the bed. The room was spacious and tidy, with an approximately 90-inch large color TV. Depending on the room rate, some even include an electric massage chair. The functional areas were well-laid out, with a separate shower room, washbasin, and toilet. The flush toilet was fully intelligent. The shower room had a small bench for sitting while showering, and a towel warmer was installed next to the washbasin. Alcohol disinfectant wipes were placed in multiple areas, including the bathroom. The wardrobe area had scented sachets, and a row of drying hooks was specially installed in front of the central air conditioning vent (the room also came with a retractable clothesline). The mini-fridge contained an apple, a pear, 2 bottles of mineral water, a bottle of Sprite, a box of Zhenguoli drink, and some snacks, which the front desk informed us were complimentary. In the hallway, there were projected温馨提示 (warm reminders) like ”It's late, everyone's asleep, please be quiet, good night,” as well as breakfast times and locations, laundry room info, front desk number, public Wi-Fi details, and check-out time. 

Furthermore, the front desk lobby was equipped with a wide array of thoughtful amenities, including a blood pressure monitor, men's hair styling gel, Yunnan Baiyao bandages, face masks, medical alcohol swabs, condoms, individual travel bath bags, Chinese chess and Lu Zhan chess sets, sanitary pads, cotton swabs, brown sugar ginger tea bags, green tea bags, tissues, and matches. Guests could also enjoy free ice pops, ice cream, and unlimited complimentary mineral water. 

When checking out, the lovely front desk staff even presented us with a box of peanut brittle…

Tell me, who wouldn't be touched by such a hotel? Who wouldn't love it? I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Wenzhou. It’s a hotel with an incredible amount of thoughtful details – the Wen Du Yuan Hotel!!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Wenzhou. The overall experience was very pleasant, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring the city.
What stood out the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. Their friendly attitude and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wenzhou who values great hospitality and a welcoming environment.

All is ok , breakfast is very poor, not just no choice for international selection but also very less option for chines food. Also very dirty all over

Temperature Spring Hotel, my top choice for my next visit!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Temperature Spring Hotel this time! The location is super convenient, within walking distance to bus stops and shopping areas. Plus, self-drivers get free 24-hour parking.

The service was incredibly thoughtful. We were offered hot drinks upon arrival, and they were quick to respond when we needed to borrow something or ask for directions. They also provide free water and snacks 24/7. The room was clean and well soundproofed, the bedding was soft, and they even provided different types of pillows and charging cables – the attention to detail was excellent.

Great value for money! I've already recommended it to friends, and it'll be my preferred choice for future trips!

The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the TV is also super big, the countertop of the sink is spacious enough for you to put down all the skin care products and cosmetics, the countertop is made of marble and the mirror is very big. My girlfriend said it is very convenient for makeup. There is a small gym. Go to the gym at night to exercise and come back to take a hot shower, and then put the changed clothes in the laundry room for washing. It is really convenient to dry them directly after washing. The waiters are also very polite, and they will greet you when you go in and out, although I am a little socially afraid. Respond, but it feels good to have someone say hello when you go out and when you come back, I feel respected

It was the peak tourist season on May Day, and there were probably many tourists, so the hotel had no parking spaces, so we found a parking space on the side of the road and parked our car. Everything else was good, and the room was upgraded for free.

This hotel truly has a warm touch. It's a very new hotel, and right at check-in, they offered a hot tea and roasted sweet potato. After checking in, there were pleasant surprises everywhere. Every detail in the room is meticulously done, including a smart speaker (Xiaodu). Each floor has a laundry room and a small kitchen. When you shower, there's a rack outside to hang your clothes, and there are special drying racks near the AC vent and windows for laundry. There's even a designated spot to dry underwear. The shower pressure is excellent, and the bed is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The fridge is stocked with snacks and drinks. Waking up, the view of Jinghu Lake from the floor-to-ceiling window is beautiful. Breakfast is also great, with various live cooking stations and even poached prawns, which were very bouncy, likely fresh. The coffee is good too, and there's a coffee machine in the lobby as well. I'll definitely be booking Wenyuanyuan Hotel often in the future.

The most satisfying accommodation during the whole trip, the friends in the same group said that this is a treasure hotel, the price is super high, the main detail service, three meals a day really do, and the service is super super intimate, super five-star service standard. Parking is very convenient, there is an elevator, the emergency medicine for travel is very complete, the waiter is also very intimate, and the luggage of our group is carried upstairs one by one. In terms of eating, you can really be full of three meals a day. Sweet potatoes, coffee, snacks, drinks, fruits, etc. are free. We just arrived and sent warm sweet potatoes and coffee. If you are hungry, you can go to the cafeteria to eat authentic Lishui noodles. There are also rich breakfast lunch and dinner. The buffet has a lot of varieties. The most satisfying thing is the room facilities, the room space is relatively large, the bed is particularly comfortable, the automatic voice control, the bathroom space design is very user-friendly, the smart toilet, and the winter cushion is also warm. There are oversized new shower equipment, the toiletries provided are very tasteful, and there are also Kung Fu tea sets. Free snacks, milk and sodas are also specially prepared in the refrigerator. Free laundry and drying services are provided on the second floor, and the waiter will deliver the washed and dried clothes to the guest's room. Entertainment facilities are everything, there is a gym, billiard room, tennis room, meeting room and 24-hour restaurant, you can really stay in the hotel all day, you can also enjoy eating, drinking and playing service beautifully... When we went out to play, the waiter also put snacks, Water and fruit are stuffed to us to eat along the way... It is a super cost-effective hotel. It has been recommended to friends who come to Lishui to travel. You must stay again next time...
