The quad room was much larger than I expected; there was definitely enough space for four suitcases. It was super clean and comfortable. The location, needless to say, was incredibly convenient – everything you need for eating, drinking, shopping, sightseeing, and photo ops was right there. Convenience stores were just downstairs. The breakfast was delicious! The quad room had a window, but no view (see photos for reference). Free coffee was available all day. Laundry service was also available for a fee (see photos). There was an air purifier and air freshener, which was great for smelly shoes after a long day of walking. Basic room cleaning was done daily.

When cherry blossom season coincides with an exhibition, I have to say that flight and hotel prices are quite high, and many hotels are fully booked. After a lot of searching, I managed to snag a room (probably due to a cancellation). The location is a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station, which isn't far, but there's a steep slope. If it's raining and you have luggage, it might be a bit challenging. However, it's very convenient for getting around, whether to the two major airports or JR lines. There are malls for dining, and a 7-Eleven nearby for daily needs. Right next door to the hotel is a Montbell store, so if you need anything, you can pop in and grab some everyday wear.

Booked the standard room with the Skytree view for a friend and I. Bedroom was spacious, and bathroom was clean with the provided necessary toiletries; all of which was cleaned up by housekeeping daily. Complimentary water was also refilled everyday. 

Hotel was also conveniently located a stone’s throw from Kinshicho Station, which was frequented for our day trips. Near the hotel, a couple of convenience stores and chain restaurants can be found as well if you ever need to withdraw cash, get a couple of snacks or grab a quick bite.

Staff was accommodating and friendly to requests, especially providing an extra HDMI cable when we needed one to use in our room.

We opted for the breakfast buffet as well, which had a good spread of continental and Japanese cuisine.

Overall, our stay was really pleasant and we would definitely book here again on the highly likely chance we visit Tokyo again.

The location is decent, right next to Shibuya Parco, about a 12-minute walk from Shibuya Station. If you're okay with that distance, it's quite convenient. All in all, it's pretty standard, but its good location is definitely a plus.

The room was bright and spacious. There's a FamilyMart on the first floor. The lobby has a vacuum compression machine for clothes and a luggage scale. For the Narita Airport shuttle pick-up: I forgot where T1 is, but you can find it on Xiaohongshu or by checking the large bus signs when you exit the airport. For T2, it's at stand 25, but remember the last pick-up is at midnight, I believe. For departures, the shuttle starts at 5 AM. There's no shuttle directly to AEON (you have to go to the airport first and then to AEON).

The hotel's hygiene is excellent, and it's quite new. The only minor issue is parking, which can be a bit difficult as you have to use the adjacent mall's parking. The breakfast at the downstairs restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, but the food variety is just average. I'd consider coming back again.
