This hotel's location is truly excellent, right on the beach, which is incredibly convenient for anyone who wants to swim or learn to surf! You can even hire a surfing instructor right by the beach for only about NT$250-300, which is a great deal.

The hotel breakfast was good, and the best part is the price is super affordable, averaging around NT$750 per person. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I had a fantastic experience in Kuta this time and absolutely loved it. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is old and in need of renovation. Everything is falling apart, there are cockroaches, dirt, and the towels are gray rags. The air conditioning on the third floor works intermittently and makes a terrible noise; I slept with earplugs! The breakfasts are meager; you have to ask for sausages or bacon, and there are practically no fruits or vegetables (a few stale lettuce leaves and a few slices of unripe watermelon and cantaloupe). The staff is great, trying to help and please. The hotel is worthy of a 2-star rating, no more!

Although they couldn’t provide me with a room with a bathtub as requested, everything else was virtually perfect. The room was cleaned every time I went out, and the minibar was always fully stocked with drinking water. The only slight issue was adjusting the shower water temperature—a tiny tweak could make it either too hot or too cold. Also, regarding the TV's Chromecast, I was only able to connect to it for a few hours on the first night; on the following nights, I couldn't find the TV device despite being connected to the Wi-Fi and scanned the QR Code.

Regardless, these minor hiccups didn't affect my overall experience too much. Thank you to the staff team!”

One of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed in. Quick to check-in and out, great room facilities. Slight issue when leaving the pre-booked and pre-paid overnight parking, but reception was able to resolve with a quick call from the carpark.
