This hotel is awesome, great location, nice room, and good service - especially Yuliia! 🙂 Breakfast was hot and tasty. Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

Good location,excellent customer service. The room is big with modern design, complete with electric kettle(with the usual coffee,tea & sugar) & small fridge. Good selection in the breakfast buffet. It’s a nice touch that they put the guest’s name in the room’s t.v & a small card from the housekeeping staff. I was happy with the cleanliness, until I saw a stain in the duvet/comforter (which looks like an old blood). I only saw it on the morning of check-out when the duvet cover accidentally opened when i was tidying-up the bed. I mentioned it to the reception staff & she said she will feedback to the housekeeping.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to transportation, being close to both bus and tram stops. It's also very near the old town and surrounded by numerous restaurants. The hotel environment is pleasant, and the breakfast selection is extensive. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to answer guest queries. The cleanliness was satisfactory.

This is a beautiful hotel in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, though it might not be widely known. Its location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring various places.

The room was spotless and well-equipped. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The location was also superb, just a stone's throw from the Old Town and directly opposite the Presidential Palace. Several popular restaurants were also nearby, making everything very convenient.

2025/6/19 Upon checking in on the first day, we later approached the front desk to add breakfast for the second day. The female staff member with a ponytail and no glasses told us we could settle the bill for breakfast upon check-out. However, when we went for breakfast on the second day, our reservation wasn't found at the restaurant, and we were sent back to the front desk to reconfirm. We went back to the front desk to clarify the situation, but two other female staff members seemed completely unaware of what had happened. Eventually, the original staff member we spoke to appeared. To our utter disbelief, she then retracted her statement, insisting we needed to arrange it directly with the restaurant ourselves? This was utterly baffling and clearly an internal communication failure 🤬🤬🤬. I demand you review the surveillance footage to verify what you actually said! This incident truly ruined our morning and left us feeling incredibly upset. Especially considering this is a reputable international chain, a star-rated hotel, I'm truly at a loss for words. For such a simple matter, adding a note should not be difficult. This is purely due to poor internal communication and unclear staff handover😡. I'm speechless; this is absolutely outrageous! They should have just charged us on the spot to avoid any disputes. Instead, this entire debacle left us with no proof, turning it into a "Rashomon" situation of conflicting verbal accounts. On the bright side, the location is quite good, and the public spaces are tastefully designed. Overall, the hotel appeared reasonably clean and tidy. Now, regarding the in-room facilities: there was actually quite a bit of dust in the room. On surfaces like the TV cabinet and capsule coffee machine, dust particles were clearly visible floating in the light, which triggered our allergies, causing us to sneeze repeatedly. In room 520, the bathroom constantly emitted peculiar noises, making us wonder if it was some kind of machinery running. Furthermore, this is the first time I've encountered unstable hot water pressure in the shower (it would often turn lukewarm) at a supposedly 'better' chain hotel. To top it all off, the washing machine was also broken, and we were informed it wouldn't be fixed and usable until next week. I'm utterly astonished by this level of inefficiency... 😵💫😵💫😵💫

Good location for visiting Bratislava. Room clean and well appointed. Hotel in general is nice. The hallways leading to the rooms need a little TLC. If travelling from the airport use Bolt it’s far cheaper than getting a local taxi.

While I typically opt for older European hotels near attractions when traveling in Europe, this hotel truly stood out with its superb location; all major sights were within a few minutes' walk. The hotel itself was very spacious and bright, and both the lobby and the rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered an extensive variety, and the service was warm and attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Clean, friendly staff. Parking 39€, small parking lot, was struggling to find a spot. Parking cost is not worth experience.

The room was quite dated, making my stay very uncomfortable. Due to the casino downstairs, I couldn't get any sleep until 6 AM.

This was the 'best' hotel in bratislava. Though it was by crowne plaza, it was extremely old and dirty... breakfast was not great too... If not for the location, I would not stay here.

This is a perfect family hotel, located right in the city center. The breakfast was superb, truly outstanding even by European standards. The service and attentiveness were also excellent. Highly recommended.

Everything was excellent. The location was superb, and the room amenities were great too. The only minor thing was the lack of slippers, but it wasn't a big deal for me.
