Our stay at Spicers Vineyard Estate in the Hunter Valley was truly exceptional! The property is set amidst beautiful vineyards, offering a serene and picturesque atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious and elegantly appointed, with every detail considered for comfort and luxury. We dined at ĂŠRemo Restaurant, the sister restaurant of Spicers Guesthouse, and it was a culinary delight. Every course was beautifully presented and bursting with flavorâthe Binnie Beef Hunter Valley Wagyu was a standout! The accompanying Thomas wine was superb and perfectly paired with the meal. We also enjoyed a morning walk along the valleyâs scenic trail and were greeted with the sight of hot air balloons floating over the hillsâa mesmerizing experience. The entire stay was seamless, the staff were attentive, and the setting couldnât have been more perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the Hunter Valley in style!

We stayed at The Carriages Boutique Hotel and Vineyard and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. This was a place Iâd wanted to stay at for a long time, and it absolutely lived up to expectations. The location was beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature, birdlife, and the quiet atmosphere of the Hunter Valley. On our first night, we even had the whole property to ourselves, which made the experience feel extra special. We enjoyed a lovely dinner nearby and were able to walk back through the gardens to the hotel afterwards, which added to the charm of the stay. Breakfast was simple but perfect, delivered in a basket and ideal for a relaxed morning. One of the best moments was lighting the fireplace on our final night and enjoying a quiet evening with a glass of wine. The location, service, atmosphere, and overall experience were all fantastic, and this will definitely be one of our fondest memories from the trip.

This is a beautiful hotel, especially the front desk staff, SAM, who enthusiastically introduced us to the hotel. This century-old building features a romantic French design. Highly recommended.

The food at the bistro was decent â hearty pub meals in a lively atmosphere with live musicâcreating an unbeatable evening vibe after a day out.
