GGuest UserFive-star recommendation for this hotel! A butler called me even before check-in, and after finding out we were a party of three, they upgraded us to a suite for free. We arrived quite late for check-in, but the butler was still incredibly friendly, helped us with our luggage, and offered warm ginger tea, hot milk, and a variety of snacks. The butler also carried our bags to the room, explaining all the facilities and services along the way. In the evening, they sent various thoughtful tips in our WeChat group. On check-out day, they also gave us a warm farewell. Super, super recommended! The butler service is excellent, and the hotel facilities are great. Highly, highly recommended! Seriously, truly recommended!

GGuest UserSuperb! It fulfilled my dream of waking up to a lake view. It's a shame it rained, so I couldn't see the stars. The hotel service was excellent, with a shuttle car for transfers. It seems there aren't many lodging options inside the scenic area. This place is quite close to the lake with unobstructed views. It's only about ten minutes from the East Gate, quiet yet convenient. The underfloor heating was very strong. The only downsides were that it was windy at night, making it a bit noisy, and the blackout curtains weren't effective enough in the morning.

GGuest UserAs a Marriott Bonvoy member, I generally trust the brand. A big shout-out to Jerry, the Front Desk Supervisor! He messaged me a day in advance, and knowing we were a family traveling, he upgraded our room and even provided complimentary breakfast for our child. He was also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever an issue came up. 👍 The only hiccup was the restaurant reception, which was a bit disorganized. We had to negotiate both for dinner and breakfast to get our child seated. On the bright side, the breakfast itself was delicious! Other notes: The hotel facilities are very new, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were attentive. However, sharing one door for both the bathroom and shower room was a bit inconvenient.

The room was very clean and tidy, and every corner was spotless. The staff was warm and thoughtful and had a very good attitude. The breakfast category is particularly rich, the taste is good, and the living is particularly comfortable.

Surprise 3: They raised a group of cattle in their family, and other families on the mountain behind them raised a group of sheep. There are 2 sheep dogs and a few horses in the family. We stayed in room A103, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to give us the best room available that day. That kind of service really makes a difference and adds a lot to the overall experience. They have charging stations for electric vehicles, which is super convenient. From our room, we had floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic view of Sayram Lake. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, so we got to enjoy it while watching the sunrise – a moment and a view I'll cherish forever. Even in early April, the room was warm thanks to the air conditioning.

BBoru0426This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and it was quite an interesting experience! Great value for money. Once the door was closed, it was incredibly quiet and private. It's close to the old east gate of Sailimu Lake, just a few hundred meters walk. However, it's about 2 kilometers from the new visitor center, so if you're taking the scenic bus, you'll need to consider walking that 2 kilometers to the hotel. The old east gate opens after 10 AM, so catching the sunrise from there might be a bit tricky.

The yurt is very large, even if it rains, it is much safer than camping. Heating is a charcoal stove. When you just burn it, you can wear short sleeves. It is a bit cold after the middle of the night. You can let the boss prepare some charcoal and wake up at night. The boss and the proprietress are very good. They can eat at home and experience authentic styles. After eating the mutton skewers, they didn’t have time to take pictures. The fried mutton should be braised. The mutton is very delicious. The sheep skin that was just killed in the morning is still on the ground. It is highly recommended to stay in the experience, you can watch the night view and sunset, and it is also convenient to get up early to watch the sunrise and drive around the lake. There are voles, sheep, cattle, horses and other small animals on the grass.
