GGuest UserThe yurt is very distinctive. I have been shooting hahahaha. Miss sister is very cute. Uncles and aunts and grandmothers are also very kind. The big golden retriever in the yard is super good. I have a great memory as soon as I get off the plane.

XXingyuefengshaOur stay was fantastic! The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near Wanda Plaza and the museum. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent, so we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was ample, and overall, it offered great value for money. It even started snowing, and the front desk thoughtfully brought us warm mineral water, which was a very nice touch.

AAnonymous UserThe room was clean, spacious, bright, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a semi-buffet with staple options like shaomai and plain noodles, and the savory milk tea was delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of major attractions. To the north are Dazhao Temple, Xilitu Zhao Temple, and Saishang Old Street. To the south are Guanyin Temple and Baoerhan Pagoda. Next door is the yet-to-be-opened Labuqi Zhao Temple. The silver Buddha and dragon carvings inside Dazhao Temple, along with the dragon carvings in the ancient Buddha hall of Xilitu Zhao Temple, are well-preserved and exquisitely crafted – truly stunning to see. Also, the ice-boiled lamb at Zecheng is incredibly tasty; the Dazhao Siheyuan branch is the closest to the hotel, just a few minutes' walk according to navigation.

Lliliy1023The location is incredibly convenient! There's a bus stop right outside the door and the subway station is just a two-minute walk away. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk and housekeeping staff were all excellent. They even upgraded my room! Plus, they have a robot delivery service for meals. The hotel breakfast is also very extensive. Highly recommended!

The hotel's dining hall is also quite good; the roasted lamb chops and West Lake beef soup are worth trying. The breakfast is plentiful, and the homemade yogurt is a must-try.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, not far from Jokhang Temple. The decor and facilities are very new and highly intelligent. What surprised me was the heated towel rack – so thoughtful! They have their own underground parking, but spaces are limited. It's very convenient for dining and shopping, with a small supermarket downstairs and an incredibly delicious 'wild wonton' at the BBQ place across the street. All in all, everything is great except for the slight difficulty with parking, and the value for money is exceptional. I forgot to take photos of the room, so here are a few of the lobby instead.

TTeck ChuanLocated in the central commercial district, within a short walk to MixC shopping mall. Nice entrance and lobby befitting of a 5-star Shangrila property, with a free Mongolian photo corner with costumes. However, the check-in staff didn't seem too familiar with her work - I booked 2 suites of inter-connecting rooms (total of 4 rooms) for my party of 10, but she almost completed the check-in process and gave us just 2 connecting rooms (1 king bed & 2 single beds in total). How is that logically possible, and why would the hotel have allowed that kind of booking? Rectified her mistake, after she took quite awhile to process her thoughts and come to realisation, of course without any form of acknowledgement for her oversight or apology. Rooms are pretty dated with just a small 32 or 37inch TV, and probably not worth the price for this stay.

GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities felt quite old, and the decor style was a bit dated. Plus, the bathroom had a foul odor, kind of like a sewage smell. I rarely encounter this in chain hotels, so this experience was really disappointing.
Service: I booked two king rooms, but they gave us two family rooms instead (without any prior notification), which was a bit confusing.
