"A solid five-star review – this stay completely exceeded all my expectations! Upon arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and processed my check-in very efficiently. They were so gentle and patient. Walking into the room, I was immediately impressed; the entire place was spotlessly clean, with no dust in any corners. The bedding was soft and dry, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The soundproofing is excellent, so I didn't hear any hallway noise. The bathroom had instant hot water, and the toiletries were complete and good quality. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the common areas are clean and well-maintained. It's also very convenient for getting around and finding places to eat nearby. There wasn't a single frustrating moment during my entire stay; the service was thoughtful and meticulous, and the value for money is outstanding. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!"

"Staying at the Wanhao Hotel was a fantastic experience with excellent service across the board. I stayed for 10 days on business, and I was incredibly impressed. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes that changed daily. Special mention goes to Chen Yulan and Guo Jianping for their attentive and meticulous service. Zhang Xiufeng, who serviced my room (1001), was incredibly thorough, not missing a single corner when cleaning. I hope the hotel continues its excellent work and serves even more guests in the future."

"This hotel was incredibly comfortable, I have to rave about it! The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and the surroundings are beautiful. The room had an expansive view from the window, overlooking high-rise buildings and a large screen that proudly declared 'I love Hohhot'. Just a short distance away were a food street, Dazhao Temple, and a shopping mall. Everything you could want for food and entertainment was right downstairs. When I got tired from exploring, I'd pop back to the room for a rest before heading out again. The room itself was very spacious, the bedding was spotless, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable – I slept wonderfully. All the toiletries were provided too. It was truly a treat to relax here. I'll definitely be staying at this hotel again; this beautiful and comfortable place truly adds to the charm of Hohhot."

"It was really convenient because it was close to the railway station. On the first day I went, I said ”I'll give you the biggest room” and they gave me a room twice as big as the one I booked. I had a comfortable stay in a big room for 2 days. The front desk was easy to find and explained everything without any misunderstandings. The view is beautiful!😀"

"Travelling with a party of four so this was one of the places that offered bigger rooms for 4. Nicely located above a large shopping mall so food options were a plenty. Cleanliness was generally good but there was a smoke smell emitting from the aircon and some of the lights were too dim/not working. The name on Trip.com is different from that found on the sign outside unit 2410 (the check in address) so was confused momentarily. The staff lady was very helpful and polite. For the price, given its location and quality, I think it’s worth a stay."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location right on Zhongshan West Road, next to the North Gate of the park. It's not far from Kuanzhai Alley, Niujie, and Dazhao Temple – we walked to all of them. The hotel upgraded our black room to a family room, which was incredibly spacious. The window overlooked People's Park, and we could see the pavilion in the middle of the lake from the tatami mat by the window. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, everything was spotless, and one of the pillows was buckwheat, which was really comfortable to sleep on. Highly recommend!"
