離荷花盪景區很近，出門走五分鐘就到了。但是因為靠着湖，比較潮濕，一開始給的房間有點發黴，跟前台協商後調換了。後來的房間電視也看不了，檢測不到信號，來人修了，也沒修好。酒店周圍沒有商店，要買東西最近是到一公里之外的橫鎮集市，也衹有幾家小店鋪超市，離金湖縣城40公里，來回很不方便。總的來説，這個酒店很大，到周邊配套的消費服務，暫時還沒跟上，體驗不是很好。
