Requesting an upgrade is not good, and sending a breakfast is not good. If we didn't renew the room and the door lock was broken, there was really no chance to change to a real standard room. The experience was really not very good. I hope to improve.

This is the best hotel experience I've had! It offers incredible value for money, with everything being high quality. The laundry room is a real standout – they have washing machines, dryers, and even laundry detergent available. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, and the bedding was fantastic and super cozy. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise. In a standard room, once the first person showers, the second person has to wait for the water to heat up. Suggestion: If the water heater cannot be modified, please modify the water heater circuit. At least the hot water should be ready before guests leave.
