This time we drove all the way from Shanghai and played in Longnan for a while. Finally we came to the beautiful Ruoergai Prairie and chose to stay at Mushan Yingxue Hotel. We stayed in Zoige for several days and have been staying here. Overall, the stay experience is very good! In terms of catering, their night shift is relatively rich, with soup pots, stir-fries, grilled skewers and other delicacies, which is quite convenient if you don’t want to go out. Moreover, they also provide good night fruits and afternoon tea, which is very thoughtful. The service is even more impeccable. The housekeeper is always on call and can respond very promptly if you need anything. Their staff are very warm and considerate. Whatever you need in the room, they will be delivered in time. It feels very heart-warming. The hardware facilities of the room are also very good. The decoration is very new and full of design. The room has an oxygen concentrator, a humidifier, a smart toilet, and an electronic scale. Lying on the bed, you can see the beautiful grassland scenery through the window, with herds of yaks and the sunset. It is really comfortable. The geographical location is also quite superior, right in the county seat. The hotel is surrounded by grassland, under the blue sky and white clouds, it feels particularly peaceful and comfortable. And it's very close to various attractions, so traveling is very convenient. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience to stay at Ruoergai Mushan Yingxue. Highly recommended to everyone!

Fengchang Guesthouse was fantastic! The service was excellent, and the kids had a blast playing on the grassland. They even got to ride horses for free! You could see the moon from your room, and the sunrise from your bed in the morning. The yak hotpot was delicious – lots of meat and a wonderfully flavorful broth. If you want lamb, be sure to book in advance! We didn't, but the manager still managed to get us some – thank you so much! We had a wonderful Mid-Autumn Festival at the guesthouse. We wish them continued success and look forward to coming back again!

I was amazed by architecture of Bulaowo on trip.com. It has a unique architecture and cozy unique room. Is not just a stay here, it is also an art gallery which you can enjoy the art and statue. When I woke up in the morning, I feel very happy when the the nature was in front of me, you could see some yaks eating grass on the steppe too. The owner of Bulaowo, Xiang Jie. is very kind and always assist with my questions. She is knowledgeable and you can ask her anything. There is a steppe in front, Sister Xiang prepare a rug for me to enjoy the sunset and picnic. The hotel was very clean, and it was my first time staying in a Tibetan-style hotel—a truly unique experience. Ruoergai is at a high altitude, and the rooms had diffused oxygen supply. From 8 pm to morning, if you felt unwell due to altitude sickness, you could use oxygen, which was very convenient. The view of the vast grassland from the window was superb! The owner was very hospitable and even provided us with oxygen cylinders when we left to continue our journey.

The boss was very nice. He turned on the heater before we arrived, and we felt warm as soon as we walked in. The front desk service was very friendly and helpful. As soon as we arrived at the door, they enthusiastically helped us with parking and took the initiative to help us with our luggage. The room was very clean. Overall, it was a very good trip.

The hotel service was also exceptionally attentive, with staff proactively offering room upgrades and even providing water for guests' outings. The hotel's location is excellent, close to various Ruoergai attractions, making travel very convenient. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. Despite arriving late at 2 am, the hotel staff was waiting for us and made the check-in process incredibly fast and smooth. The rooms were very comfortable and impeccably clean, which made for a very restful stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful view of the mountains. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable and the seating area in the room makes it really cosy. We came by bike and were allowed to store our bikes safely in the lobby. Thanks for that!
