I planned to go on a self-driving trip to western Sichuan, so I booked this B&B. I really liked it. It exceeded my expectations. Although the location is a bit remote, the environment, facilities, and services are not inferior to those of a five-star hotel. This B&B has a unique design style, an elegant and comfortable environment, and the service staff are polite and enthusiastic. They take the initiative to help with luggage and provide welcome fruits. The dinner is also delicious, and the chef is very good! The breakfast is rich, delicious and nutritious, thumbs up! As someone who spends more than 200 nights a year staying in different five-star luxury hotels around the world, I can honestly say that I was absolutely amazed by the level of service at this resort. This wasn't just another luxury stay—it was one of those rare places that made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. What touched me the most was the incredible patience and dedication of our personal butler, Ben. I'm probably one of the most indecisive hotel guests you'll ever meet, and I'm also extremely particular about my room—especially the view. Since the resort is very large, with many different room types across both the villa area and the main building, each offering a unique perspective of the surrounding mountains, choosing a room was incredibly difficult. Even after watching videos of every room, I still couldn't make up my mind. Instead of rushing me, Ben kindly suggested a video call. He spent well over an hour and half walking me virtually through every available room type in both the villa area (Zone A) and the main building (Zone B), patiently explaining the differences and introducing all the resort's facilities. I was genuinely surprised and deeply touched by his professionalism and warmth. Without any hesitation, I immediately booked a two-night stay. When we arrived, the exceptional hospitality continued. From the front desk team—Rou Rou, Yang Yang, and Mr. Zhou—to the restaurant staff, Bagai and the hotel manager Lucy, every member of the team made us feel sincerely welcome. Every little request was met with genuine warmth, and the level of personalised service was unlike anything I've experienced in a very long time. Our villa was simply perfect. Relaxing in the hot tub on our private terrace while taking in the mountains, drifting clouds, birdsong and spectacular sunsets felt like something out of a fairy tale. It was so peaceful and beautiful that we cancelled our reservations at other hotels and extended our stay for another two nights. On our final night, we stayed in the Junqianzi room type in the main building, which offered an even more spectacular mountain view together with an in-room hot tub. It was the perfect way to end an unforgettable holiday. The resort itself was full of delightful surprises. There was an adorable resident cat, a friendly chinchilla and beautiful bird that brought even more life to the peaceful surroundings. Our child completely fell in love with the cat duo duo, and the staff kindly allowed us to bring it back to our room to spend some time together. They even thoughtfully prepared cat food for us, which made the experience even more special. It perfectly reflected how genuinely child-friendly and thoughtful everyone at the resort was. We also enjoyed a variety of activities, including handicraft workshops, billiards, the tea house and a relaxing meditation session. There was always something enjoyable to do while still feeling completely immersed in nature. I had very modest expectations for the food, as mountain resorts are not usually known for exceptional dining. Once again, I was pleasantly surprised. Every meal was beautifully presented, creative, fresh and absolutely delicious. Dining while watching the sun set behind the mountains was pure bliss. As a wonderful finishing touch, Ben even took the time on our last day to help us capture some beautiful family photos around the resort—memories that we'll treasure for years to come. Exceptional service is something I really appreciate! even after spending more than 200 nights a year in luxury hotels. This resort exceeded every expectation. It combines breathtaking scenery, beautifully designed rooms, outstanding food and, above all, a team of people who genuinely care about their guests. We left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and already planning our next visit. An absolute dream resort and We will most definitely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars simply aren't enough.

A perfect stay! The guesthouse's location is superb, surrounded by verdant mountains and misty clouds, offering unparalleled views. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the guest rooms offer stunning views, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool, nestled against the mountains, boasts breathtaking scenery. The common areas are uniquely decorated, blending Zen aesthetics with ******* style, creating picturesque scenes at every turn. The overall atmosphere is quiet and serene, with excellent air quality and attentive service. It's the perfect escape from the city, a place to relax and rejuvenate. Highly recommended!

There is a lovely B&B halfway up the mountain in Yanmen Village. The hostess is a former high school mathematics teacher. She is very friendly, talkative, and pays attention to service details. It can be seen from the design of the entire B&B, the production and selection of furniture and bedding that she has put great care into it. Because, outside the balcony of the room we stayed in was a loquat tree within reach. There were walnut trees, osmanthus trees in the yard, and there were apple trees, persimmon trees and plum trees around. It was really pleasant to sit in the yard and watch the clouds and listen to the rain. My husband and I stayed with the dog for two nights and ate three meals of local delicacies carefully prepared by the hostess. We were reluctant to leave. It is said that the snowy scenery here in winter is also worth seeing. I think we will come again.

I booked my accommodation with them for 2 nights and their service is excellent. If you don't mind, they provide everything needed: towel, bath robes, disposable face towels, disposable toilet seat covers, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, shower foam, shaver, bathroom slippers and many more. You just need to bring your change of clothes. 3 meals are also provided with my package: buffet breakfast, lunch (either packed rice or sandwich or rice ball) and homecooked dishes for dinner. If you are a vegetarian, you can also request for a vegetarian meal. They were very nice to pick me up from the ticketing service centre back to the hostel, and then from the hostel to panda base on my first day there. After your visit, you just need to text them to arrange for the return trip to the hostel. The food is also filling and delicious. I met a lot of Fubao fans there who are very hospitable and the atmosphere is just like a family. I received a lot of gifts from them, as well as from the hostel owner. I will definitely go back and stay with them again when I visit Fubao at Shenshuping.

We booked the cabin specifically to see the giant pandas 🐼, and it had a truly fairytale-like feel! The host family was incredibly kind; they even brought us blankets, and the kids had a blast playing together 😁. The cabin had great air conditioning and a TV, and the surrounding mountains were so soothing. A few small insects were perfectly normal and actually quite amusing! Breakfast tasted just like home: shredded potatoes, fried rice… and they even had mooncakes today for the Mid-Autumn Festival 🥮. Overall, we were extremely satisfied ❤️ Wishing the family at the guesthouse happiness and fulfillment!

Its our 3rd stay at this hotel. Location is the best and in my opinion also the best hotel in this area. Always got my favorite fubao room. Amenities were great, room has slippers, shampoo, hair dryer etc and most importantly also has body lotion! Host is very friendly. Breakfast is standard with steamed bun, boiled egg and sweet potato. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting fubao next.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the location was easy to find. Our family of three lives in a big bed room, the boss will provide any items that need to be replenished. This is a farmhouse opened by a couple. The people are very nice and very enthusiastic. Provide us with travel route guidance. We got wet and came back to let us roast the fire. We also helped to roast the dry down jacket for the next day. In addition, they are on the first floor of the restaurant and the food is so delicious. They gave our children a separate cake and sent sweet alpine apples, very touched. The couple are very hardworking and simple, warm and kind, and can feel the warmth of home when they come to this store. Breakfast is also free, and radish soup is also delivered at noon, thank you very much.

The location is good, the facilities are new, the environment is comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful, and the owner is very welcoming. I encountered two problems during my stay: First, the hot water was unstable when showering at night, essentially resulting in a cold shower. The owner said it was because the water heater had tripped and they forgot to turn it back on. Second, the water from the tap was cloudy (see picture), but became clear again after half a minute. The owner explained that this was due to the spring water undergoing multiple filtration processes. These are just facts and not for discussion. Based on my personal experience, I'm deducting 0.5 points. I hope the owner will improve and continue to do well.

Facilities: This homestay is great! The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the bedding is comfortable. Hygienic: The air in the room is fresh and odorless, the room is clean and warm, and the layout is unique. The decoration integrates local culture, and living here is as comfortable as at home! Environment: The scenery outside the window of the homestay is beautiful, the garden is exquisite, and the green plants are surrounded. This is an ideal homestay for vacation!
