Hotels with Breakfast in Wuhai

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the subway station, and surrounded by numerous restaurants. Check-in at the front desk was quick and the service was good. The room was cleaner than expected, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right firmness. Air conditioning and hot water worked properly, and the WiFi speed was acceptable. Soundproofing was average; you could hear noises in the hallway. Overall, it offers good value for money and is suitable for short business trips or vacations; I would consider it again next time.

I can give 4 stars in this hotel overall, and the poor star is mainly the problem of the room window. I live in Room 1905 and the windows are not working well. At first, I couldn't open it. I asked the maintenance worker to see it. He said that the window was sinking. When I switched it, I had to lift it up and pull it open. At 33 degrees that day, the wind was very strong, and he actually asked me, ”Do you have to open the window so windy?” I thought at the time: Is it stuffy if I can't open the window so hot? After he left, I barely opened it, but when I wanted to close it at night, I was very hard and couldn't close it at all. Finally, I could not open the window and change the air conditioner, but I didn't dare to blow it all night, and turned off the air conditioner before going to bed. As a result, the window was closed all night, and the air conditioner was closed, so stuffy. In fact, the customer service attitude is very good, saying that if the window is not repaired, you can change the room for me. But I didn't change it. One was that the maintenance worker did open it at the time. The other was that I didn't want to trouble the waiter to clean up again. The third was that I was afraid that the room was full at night and the other was worse. So forget it. Other aspects are actually not bad. The hotel is easy to find, the room is high, and the living is not depressed; 4 bottles of water a day, summer is just right; very quiet; I forgot to bring the charger, and the front desk also borrowed me. Check out at 2 pm, not 12 pm. So in general, except that the window made me very annoyed, the other experiences were quite good.

The hotel is a single-family building, the lobby is luxurious, and the entrance and underground garage can be parked for free; the hotel room is large in size, the decoration details and materials are exquisite, modern and intelligent facilities are all available, and the room is full of cartoons. Children like it very much; The room has good lighting, the bedding is very clean and soft, no smell, and sleeps quietly; it is commendable that the breakfast is particularly rich, there are many Chinese and Western food and fruit categories, and the color and fragrance are complete! There is yogurt gift at the door, and there are many free snacks, drinks, beer, pure water in the room!

房間衞生乾淨整潔，酒店大姐熱情。熱心。愛心幫助我找到了丟在對面飯館的水壺。🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Overall it's good. All the smart devices are broken, they are just for decoration, but it doesn't matter. The breakfast is rich and the service attitude is very good. In particular, there is a man in a suit, who is very enthusiastic and proactive. When I swipe my card at the front desk, he immediately comes to handle it while others are busy. The next day when I had breakfast, I saw him busy running around and following the guests. He took the initiative to guide them with plates and chopsticks, etc. If anything is missing, he will immediately find the kitchen to make up for it. It's very good.

The overall cleanliness is amazing, the lobby is bright, the corridor is clean and there is no smell, the room is very clean, the atmosphere of the room is very neat, and the atmosphere of the room is particularly sensational. With free video members, watching a movie on the sofa at night is perfect.

The experience of this stay far exceeded expectations! Whether it is location, service quality or facilities details, it is worth high-scoring recommendation, completely worthy of the price, and will give priority to this next trip! The hotel is located in Binhe District, a 5-minute walk to the popular attraction Wuhai Lake, surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants, and it is very quiet at night, which does not affect the rest. The receptionist was professional and enthusiastic, took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding strategies, and also intimately upgraded the room type; Room service was responsive and delivered extra pillows and free chargers within 10 minutes. The bedding is white, the mattress is comfortable, and the pillows are comfortable The bathroom is equipped with a free disposable large toilet cover and disinfectant alcohol. A small local gift was presented when checking out, warm heart plus points!

This hotel was the most satisfying one during our China trip. All the staff were super friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic! Especially the ladies number 10 at the front desk, who was very efficient in helping us with our check-in process! The breakfast was very rich, with fresh and delicious food! The restaurant staff were also very nice! This is a hotel we will definitely come back to and we highly recommend it to everyone!
