This time, I brought my elders back to our hometown for ancestor worship. We booked three standard rooms. The rooms were newly renovated, well-laid out, and very well-ventilated and quiet. The rooms also had a Xiaodu smart control system and multi-port chargers. It was my first time seeing a disposable kettle, which was a nice touch. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the shower came with shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion – all the essentials! The bay window even had a Kung Fu tea set, small cookies, and hawthorn cakes, which really showed off the thoughtful service in Xiaoyi. The front desk staff were super nice and enthusiastic. They arranged free parking, provided bottled water, helped us cancel breakfast, and processed deposit refunds quickly – they were always happy to help with any request! Highly recommend, I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThis time I stayed at the Home Inn on Yong'an Road, Xiaoyi, and I was very satisfied overall. The location is easy to find, it is convenient to go out to work and eat. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable to sleep, and the hot water was sufficient. The front desk service is very enthusiastic, any problems are solved in time, free parking is available, the price is really good, next time you come to Xiaoyi, you will still live here.

The lobby is magnificent, the room is slightly cramped, there is no plug at the head of the bed, the mobile phone is not convenient to charge, the bed is too soft to sleep for a night. The cleaning is not thorough enough, and there is hair on the toilet sink. The room was quiet and the breakfast was plentiful. Parking at the door is convenient and there is an underground garage. The service is ok, and the problem is dealt with in a timely manner.

As soon as I entered the door, I felt the enthusiasm of the staff. From the front desk check-in to the cleaning aunt, everyone was smiling, responsive, and the service attitude was superb, making people feel warm.
The hotel environment is also first class. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the decoration is very stylish. The room is clean and tidy, the layout is warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the windows are well lit, and the night is very quiet, and it is particularly comfortable to live.
