The room was clean and the facilities were very new. The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. We wanted to eat local dishes and told us where to eat several times. Then we asked if we found it halfway. I asked if there were ice cubes and helped me refrigerate 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator. Family service. In addition to the location of the hotel is a bit biased, there is nothing wrong with it, but Xuan'en County is not big, and it is the same everywhere by car. Comfort is the most important. Cost-effective!

Highly recommend this hotel! The overall decor is very stylish, and the common areas are clean and elegant. The room itself is very spacious with great natural light and ventilation. The bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas is super convenient. The cleanliness is exceptionally good; there are absolutely no unpleasant odors, and the soundproofing is excellent. It's incredibly quiet at night, making for a very peaceful and reassuring stay.

First time staying here in Xuan'en. Even with the room rates increasing 2-3 times over the May Day holiday, it was still fully booked. The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the bed was very comfortable.

It's just steps away from the main attractions, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. The room facilities are new, the smart room control system is easy to use, and the cleanliness is impeccable, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The service is also heartwarming, from efficient check-in guidance to thoughtful value-added services; every detail is a pleasant surprise. It was a worry-free stay for families with elderly members and children, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xuan'en!

This was my first time visiting Xuan'en, and I stayed at the Ya Yue Hotel. From the moment I entered the lobby, the receptionist greeted us warmly. They asked if we wanted to see our booked room, and then showed it to me. Since I had booked a comfortable twin room, I went to the lobby on the first floor to ask if we could upgrade to a smart room. The receptionist said it was free, which sounded great! After checking in, I found the room to be very clean and tidy, with no unpleasant smells. The bathroom was also very clean, and the toiletries were complete. To my surprise, there were even small hand towels – a thoughtful detail considering where guests might have a place to dry their hands. It shows the hotel's care for every guest! The service was excellent and very welcoming. The hotel is very close to the scenic area, only a four or five-minute walk, which was very convenient for us traveling with friends! There was even a small tea table in the room, so we could brew a pot of tea and enjoy its aroma after visiting the attractions! The mattress was soft, and the pillows were very comfortable! When you check in, the front desk has been prompting to book directly in the store. The room rate of 388 can send two hot spring tickets. Because we have a person ready to soak, so we did not refund the APP order, and bought an 88 hot spring ticket at the front desk. As a result, the entire hot spring area has an indoor and outdoor pool open, and all others have no water. When checking out, I responded to this problem with the front desk of the hotel. The little girl at the front desk said, ”You can let the staff open it! Well, I am lonely, and the hot spring pool can be opened with any use. Breakfast, um, off-season, the variety of preparation is understandable. However, compared to the room rate of 281 (about 200 surrounding hotels), I stayed for one night anyway.

The hotel is not big. There are not many parking people. It is convenient. We passed by for one night. Anyway, the room is still new. On the top of the mountain, there is a restaurant for half an hour. The hotel restaurant is not recommended.
