Overall, it was very good. The hotel facilities were excellent, with many thoughtful details, such as takeout boxes, charging cables, disposable paper cups, and small items at the front desk. The rooms were also spacious, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but to our liking. The only downside was that the restaurant was too small, and there wasn't enough seating when everyone was eating together.

Located right next to Wenlan Bridge, it boasts a great location—quiet yet convenient. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful, proactively coming to meet us at the roadside and assisting us with any questions we had during our trip. The room was clean and tidy, and the voice-controlled guest room system was very convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely book this place again next time.

We were extremely satisfied! Service: Excellent. The room was spacious, perfect for three children. We even took them to see a performance that evening. It's also very close to Wenlan Bridge. It was a really great place. My kids loved it. The receptionist was incredibly kind and beautiful. Thumbs up!

From the room, you can see the entire night view of Xuan'en, as well as performances like the iron flower dance and various shows. The hotel also provides complimentary late-night snacks, which are absolutely delicious! My stay was fantastic, and I would definitely choose to stay here again!

This was my first time visiting Xuan'en, and I stayed at the Ya Yue Hotel. From the moment I entered the lobby, the receptionist greeted us warmly. They asked if we wanted to see our booked room, and then showed it to me. Since I had booked a comfortable twin room, I went to the lobby on the first floor to ask if we could upgrade to a smart room. The receptionist said it was free, which sounded great! After checking in, I found the room to be very clean and tidy, with no unpleasant smells. The bathroom was also very clean, and the toiletries were complete. To my surprise, there were even small hand towels – a thoughtful detail considering where guests might have a place to dry their hands. It shows the hotel's care for every guest! The service was excellent and very welcoming. The hotel is very close to the scenic area, only a four or five-minute walk, which was very convenient for us traveling with friends! There was even a small tea table in the room, so we could brew a pot of tea and enjoy its aroma after visiting the attractions! The mattress was soft, and the pillows were very comfortable! The parking lot was also very easy to find! Overall, this was a very good stay, and the service was excellent! It was a very good stay experience 😊😊😊😊
