ZZaoqiazhuThis hotel is perfect for us 'special forces' (budget travelers) visiting from out of town! 🏨 If you're arriving at Yichang East Station on a Friday night, you can choose to just crash at this hotel. They even offer complimentary late-night porridge and pastries, which is incredibly heartwarming. 🥰 Plus, the room is generally clean, the bed is comfortable, and the smart home features work really well. 👍 Vitamin Refueling Station (self-service): Looks like they have small pastries and fruits. 🍉 Oh, and the shuttle service to/from East Station is also very convenient.

GGuest UserStrangely, this is by far the best hotel I've stayed during my 21 days travelling in China on a USD 100-125 per night budget. It has electronic face scanner at the door (for Chinese speaker only tho, or just use the keycard like me as usual) and in-room Ai (Chinese language only) and the room size is generous, high ceiling, very well-appointed and maintained. Bathroom is super clean (aka. no corner mould). They're a bit far from the Yichang downtown, but then Didi taxi is cheap in China so we just hail a Didi for meals. They also have free airport shuttle for my 5.30am check out. Will stay here again when I'm at Yichang.

AAllen M ZI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made check-in a breeze. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The on-site restaurant deserves a special mention too. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious options. What really stood out, though, was how helpful the staff were throughout my stay. When I needed recommendations for local attractions, they gave detailed, friendly advice that helped me make the most of my trip. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserThe hotel's riverside location is excellent. Lying in bed, it feels like you're on a boat in the middle of the river, with beautiful scenery whether you're sleeping or waking. You can enjoy views of the Tianran Tower and the riverside park right from your room. It's very convenient for getting around, and close to the Three Gorges Tourist Center. The room facilities are new and complete, with complimentary snacks and drinks, and exquisite and elegant tea sets. The Xiao Du smart assistant is convenient, and all the appliances and bathroom fixtures work perfectly. There's also a well-equipped self-service laundry room, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast has a rich variety of delicious options, and the service is warm. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and polite, check-in was fast, and they thoughtfully recommended places to visit. Overall, the entire stay was very pleasant.

GGuest UserWe choose this hotel because it’s close to the East Railway station. It’s within walking distance of about 10mins from hotel. Turn left from hotel entrance and walk straight until you reach the underground tunnel to cross the main road to the train station. It’s a bit challenging to go down the tunnel staircase if you have heavy luggage. A lot of eateries around hotel.

IIvy_Oh1. Hotel location is perfect as the Three Gorges Tourist Center is just diagonal opposite the hotel, and Wanda Shopping Mall is also just next to it. 2. The hotel is new, and the smell of the new wooden furniture is too strong and I guess that's why some of the doors of the unoccupied room (included mine) were open which I personally felt a bit uncomfortable as any guess may just step in to any room to do something silly. 3. I stayed for 3 nights, and 1st 2 nights was ok but on the 3rd night, someone checked-in and occupied next to my room, I was in the middle of my sleep and suddenly a piercing sound entered my ears, the sound last for almost 1 min and it seems not ending and so I contacted the counter to seek for help, the counter staff explained that the location of the toilet of room# 1310 is next to the bedframe of room# 1309, they can send me the ear plug for time being and let me change the room the next day. I told them I will be checking out the next day and I am not use to sleep with an ear plug, I hope the sound will end soon and I also tell the staff to escalate this matter up. During my check-out, the counter staff had asked how was my stay and I told her the incident too. I told her that I am not happy especially when the hotel said they can help me to change the room on the next day, my comment was if the hotel already know of this problem, so why are they still arrange guest to stay in room# 1310?? At the end of the day, I am being given some snacks and small souvenirs and 2 bottles of mineral water as compensation. My question to the hotel: why put the blame on the design/layout and not employee training?? Why you know this is the problem but yet still allow the problematic room to be occupied? For the seek of the reputation of the hotel, please shut down the problematic room until you fixed the problem!

EErjielamantouI come to Yichang for business every month and wanted to try staying at the Westin. After breakfast, I returned to my room, but the key card wasn't working. For a new hotel with new facilities, this shouldn't happen, which was a bit disappointing. All four pillows were very soft, and there wasn't a slightly firmer option. Personally, I don't sleep well on overly soft pillows, so they should offer a variety. The overall environment is quite good, and the river view from the room is also excellent. The hotel's exterior is very iconic. Breakfast was refined but had fewer options. Regarding service: I checked in on the 29th, and the two ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. When my takeout order arrived, I wasn't familiar with where to pick it up, and they kindly showed me the way, all with a smile. Their emotional support was top-notch. Even when they were checking in other guests, they patiently answered my questions while continuing their work. I am a man, but the TV in my room displayed a welcome message for a 'Ms.' While on a business trip, I was a bit tired, and seeing 'Ms.' actually made me smile and relax a bit, but such a small error shouldn't occur. The price is a bit on the higher side.

GGuest UserOverall, my stay was extremely satisfying. The hotel boasts a simple yet elegant design, with clean and well-maintained public areas, showcasing attention to detail. The room was spacious with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bathroom featured a dry/wet separation and was well-stocked with amenities. Staff member 6014 was particularly warm and courteous, making the check-in process efficient and quick, and always responsive to my needs. The location is superb, offering convenient transportation and easy access to dining and shopping. It's incredibly good value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
