"The hotel is not demanding, but the soundproofing of this apartment is really not average (I asked to clean the opposite room in the morning, each room is separated by plates), and people outside can hear it when they walk, it seems that there is no door, and they are awakened by the sound of the new door opening in the middle of the night. By the way, the sea view room basically can't see the sea, because the tree outside the window is too high, you can see the street and the road. There is also Trip.com members charge two hundred deposits, what is the reason for ordinary guests to charge one hundred? ? ? Praise is because of the habit of commenting... Anyway, if you have requirements for sleep, you must avoid lightning."

Very nice hotel in Zhanjiang, spacious, clean and well equipped room. Staff very friendly and helpful, always with smile. Regarding quality of services, one of the best hotels we have ever stay, five stars from us! Our special thanks to Ms. Yvonne Zhao for great help with all matters during our stay, but also to all people from reception and front desk. Very good selection of food for breakfast. Convenient underground parking. There is ATM, service center in hotel, it is possible to pay with foreign credit cards. Large supermarket just behind the corner. This hotel will be always preferential for us during stay in Zhanjiang!

This stay was absolutely perfect! The wedding room my friend carefully selected was truly stunning. The floor-to-ceiling windows were simply stunning! The moment we opened the curtains, the breathtaking view outside was unreservedly revealed, creating a truly romantic atmosphere. From the decor to the amenities, the attention to detail and attentive service were truly remarkable. The hotel's dedication was evident in every detail. We had a truly heartwarming and unforgettable time here, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a wedding! Great Service and Comfortable Rooms, but Location Was Misleading The hotel service and room environment were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I was misled by the location: 1. There is no proper drop-off area at the main entrance, which makes access a bit inconvenient. 2. Although the hotel is named after Wanda Plaza, it actually takes about 10 minutes to walk there, so it’s not as close as expected. That said, I want to give special thanks to the hotel staff. My daughter accidentally left behind her stuffed toy, and the staff promptly called us and arranged to have it mailed back. We are truly grateful for their thoughtfulness and care.

I stayed here two years ago and thought it was great, and my second stay was just as good. The room was clean and tidy. Miss Yang at the front desk was absolutely lovely and very enthusiastic, always ready to answer any questions. Everything was excellent. The cleaning staff were also very polite. This is a trustworthy hotel. I come here every winter and will continue to stay at this place. The value for money is superb, and access is very convenient. I hope they keep up the good work!

Very convenient location. Excellent staff and service (Housekeeping staff was outstanding and courteous). The laundry facility was clean and well keep. Did not have an opportunity to use gym. Overall, an excellent value for money!

This guesthouse is located right in the heart of Nanji Village scenic area, very close to the lighthouse and the shoreline, and also just a stone's throw from the beach. You can enjoy an endless sea view right from your balcony 🌊. They have their own parking lot, and upon arrival, a host will meet you there to help with your luggage. The service attitude is excellent 👍.

Pros: Great location for the wonderfully atmospheric Chikan old town and the verdant park across the road. Good view of the latter. Laundry facilities available. Clean sheets, bathroom etc. There is a food street just around the corner for dinner etc. Cons: A bit noisy at night with the intersection below and an older local gentleman singing quite late in the evening in the park. Bed a little hard.

Old brand hotel, normally I would choose it directly when I see it Environment: I opened three newly renovated rooms for my family trip, the facilities are all new, the rooms are big, the beds are soft, there is a tea table for making tea, the bathroom also has a bathtub, the mirror is big, bright, clean, and luxurious, the beds are also moderately hard and soft, the lobby is old but still very beautiful, there are many koi~ Service: The overall staff of the hotel does not really feel like a crown, many of them feel like they have no work experience, and the guests ask questions and basically don’t know anything, and directly say they don’t know (the guest stays in the hotel and asks the hotel facilities. The front desk doesn’t know and asks the manager. The manager calls back and says he doesn’t know. Then...? So the guest’s problem can be solved?) The phone in one room doesn’t work, the air conditioner in one room can only be turned on to 21.5 (it was so hot that I couldn’t sleep in the middle of the night), and then they can’t solve it, and there is no apology or anything 🥹The hotel facilities and staff understanding really need to be improved Facilities: Takeaways can only be picked up by yourself at the door, there is no staff or robot delivery, and young people who always order takeaways run N back and forth🔁 Hygiene: Hygiene is still very good, but the shower room in the new room really needs to be improved The old man didn't understand and couldn't react, so he poured water on his opponent several times. The water-boiling device really needs to be modified to make the water outlet valve simpler.
