There's no phone in the room, but you can contact the front desk via WeChat, and their response time was reasonably quick. The downside was the hygiene at breakfast. A staff member replenished the food on the counter by grabbing pre-cut naan with their bare hands from the kitchen. Also, after being told there was no more milk, instead of adding fresh milk, they tilted the milk dispenser to pour out the last bit from the bottom, which was a poor experience. Furthermore, we stayed during the New Year's Day fireworks, but no staff member proactively informed us. Similarly, no one mentioned the squirrel feeding activity beforehand. We only remembered it when we were leaving, but it was too late to experience it. If there had been more timely communication, the experience would have been much better.
