If there's any drawback, it's that the parking lot is very narrow and winding with ramps, making it easy for novice drivers to scratch the car."

We stayed in Darmstadt with our whole family. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, doing their best to fulfill all our requests regarding room allocation and changes. The service at breakfast was also very pleasant. The hotel is centrally located near the main train station and offers good public transport connections. The rooms were clean and functionally furnished. It was a wonderful stay, and we felt very comfortable.

Guest UserWe had guests visiting and accommodated them in two double rooms. As the hotel is very conveniently located and the prices are reasonable, we chose the Domero. We were not disappointed. We can't comment on the breakfast as we ate out.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. The service left a lot to be desired. The idea of the check-in machine is good in itself, if it worked. We couldn't check in because the machine said we had paid too much. We were always told to go to reception, but there was no one. If a nice lady hadn't told us that we could get help at the neighboring hotel, we would probably still be standing there today. The hotel itself was OK. Slightly reminiscent of a youth hostel, but it was clean.
