"This hotel is super convenient, just 30 meters to the left when you exit the train station. Early check-in costs extra, I think it was around 25 euros. Even taxi drivers at night know the location, so it seems quite well-known locally. The room was spacious enough, and they even gave a complimentary sparkling water. The front desk didn't charge for the city tax, saying it was already included in the room rate, even though it was listed on the Ctrip booking page."

"I didn't expect to find such a near-perfect hotel in Darmstadt. After all, it was once the seat of the state government, so it has a certain historical significance. The room's balcony has a superb view. In July in Europe, when the sun doesn't set until 10 pm, the small balcony is indeed very pleasant. If there's any drawback, it's that the parking lot is very narrow and winding with ramps, making it easy for novice drivers to scratch the car."

"It is located about 1 km southwest of Darmstadt Central Station. The price was low, but the room was clean and comfortable. The room was also air-conditioned and the temperature could be adjusted to your liking. Breakfast was buffet style, and we were able to eat a lot of yogurt, fruit, ham, bread, pretzels, etc."

"We were on our way back from vacation and wanted to have dinner at a special restaurant in the evening without having to drive all the way home. We were looking for a hotel with a pool, and the Best Western Plus caught our eye. At €72, the price was hard to beat, so we booked it. In the car, my wife read some reviews and hoped they weren't true, because she didn't want a noisy and dirty room. When we arrived, it looked perfectly fine from the outside and like a typical 4-star business hotel inside. The reception was friendly and efficient, and we were informed that the standard rooms face the railway line (which runs directly behind the hotel), but that didn't bother us. Parking in the garage was perfectly reasonable at €18, almost a bargain. Our prior request for a room as high up and as far away from the elevator as possible was 100% fulfilled, and we got the last room (745) on the hallway and on the 7th floor 👍 The room was impeccably clean and looked fantastic, almost brand new. We quickly changed rooms and moved to the 8th floor where the pool and spa area are located. Everything there was also flawless; the entire spa area seemed new, and since no one else was there, we could relax and had the large pool and sauna area all to ourselves. There is absolutely nothing to complain about at this hotel. We can't understand some of the negative reviews 🤔 If I choose a hotel near a train line, I shouldn't be surprised when trains are running 🤔 Sure, it's noisier, but easily manageable with the window closed, and anyone who prefers can simply take a room on the other side. We were informed immediately and could have changed rooms; the staff member was competent and very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We stayed in Darmstadt with our whole family. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, doing their best to fulfill all our requests regarding room allocation and changes. The service at breakfast was also very pleasant. The hotel is centrally located near the main train station and offers good public transport connections. The rooms were clean and functionally furnished. It was a wonderful stay, and we felt very comfortable."
