欧欧阳靖The Riva has been our go-to venue for very upscale family events for many years. Not big ones, of course—we couldn't afford those—but for special occasions. And so it was this time: a milestone birthday. There were four of us. A very pleasant atmosphere, attentive service, and a fantastic location. I didn't even use the spa, as we were only there from Saturday to Sunday, but my daughter did, and she loved it. Dinner was also excellent. I had the vegan option, which was good. The others had everything from fish and meat to vegetables. The hotel is worth the price, but you have to be able to afford it and want to stay there.

LLvxingdegushi2000The hotel built in 1874 is just opposite the Constanz Railway Station 🚉, and you can see it as soon as you leave the station.
Facilities: The room is about 20 square meters, back to 🚉, very quiet. There is a bathtub 🛁, the water flow is very large; the only drawback: the Wi-Fi signal in the room 📶 is very weak and can hardly be connected. But as soon as you leave the room door, you can use 🫠 smoothly.
Hygienic: very clean and reassuring
Environment: The transportation is very convenient. You can walk to the pier ⛵️ and the old town. In the evening, you can dine outdoors in the restaurant downstairs of the hotel. Although it is opposite the train station 🚉, you have not seen or encountered suspicious people 🤭.
Service: The front desk staff is very professional. When checking in, they explained the door lock method, key preservation, cleaning requirements, etc. in detail, and asked us if we needed a city map 🗺️.

GGuest UserThe front desk is very nice. The hotel is not in the city center, but it will take ten minutes to send a bus coupon. It can be used for two days. Although we are useless, there are Oaldi and lidl and gas stations around. Parking is free and especially good. The room is large. Breakfast is OK. Self-driving recommendation. I like Lake Boden too much. It's over!

不不虚大师Located 200 meters from the Swiss border in Konstanz, the German hotel management features, the room is not large but very clean. From the Meersburg ferry, I visited the town of Meersburg, and went to the Swiss town to visit the National Park. I was catching up with the Swiss town to report the International Food Festival.

AAnnabel MariaWir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, alles war Bestens! Es gibt kostenlosen Kaffee im Eingangsbereich und was man sonst noch so alles braucht. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und entspannendes Vogelgezwitscher im öffentlichen Bereich, das Zimmer hat u.a. einen Safe, einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, eine riesige Dusche und sogar einen Hängesessel, tolles Konzept mit bunten Farben! Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Gratis Bügeleisen im Keller vorhanden, Waschmaschine gegen Gebühr. 5 Minuten zu Fuß befindet sich die Bushaltestelle, Bus Nummer 6 bringt einen in ca. 20-25 Minuten ins Zentrum - an der Rezeption bekamen wir auf Nachfragen sogar ein gratis Bodensee-Ticket für unsere Aufenthaltszeit mit kostenlosem öffentlichen Transport plus Vergünstigung bei Eintritten wie Museum etc.

GGuest UserDie Lage des Hotels ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Direkt in der Stadt, besser geht es eigentlich nicht.
Das Personal ist durchweg äußerst freundlich.
Bei Problemen wurde direkt nach Lösungen gesucht und weitergeholfen. Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr gut.
Verbessern könnte man auf jeden Fall den Service beim Frühstück. Hier wurden zB die Tische nicht abgeräumt. Lediglich als die Frühstückszeit zu Ende war, kamen das Personal mit einem Wagen und räumte alle Tische auf einmal ab. Also auch wenn man einen zweiten Kaffee serviert bekam, blieben meist die leeren Tassen auf dem Tisch stehen. Deshalb sollte hier das Personal nochmals geschult werden.
Es gab aber immer ausreichend Platz zum sitzen.
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer hat schon bessere Zeiten gehabt ;-)
Wie eine Dame an der Rezeption sagte, wird aber nach und nach renoviert.
Fazit: Für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet, wenn man keine allzu hohe Erwartungen hat.
In ein renoviertes Zimmer würde ich jederzeit wieder gehen.

GGuest UserIn its favour, the hotel is extremely well situated, a couple of minutes from the train station and 3 minutes from the centre. It’s clean and modern. Part from that, nothing special. Rather unfriendly. Average breakfast. No kettle to make tea and coffee in the bedroom. Snacks and drinks in the minibar overpriced.

LLexingyujianThe hotel is in a very old house. The elevator does not reach the floor and you need to climb half a floor. The location is perfect, directly opposite the train station. The nearby cafes are great. It is on the shore of Lake Constance. It is the Christmas market and people from far and near come here. , very lively

XXiaoxiaorihuaThe hardware is a bit old, with only reception service at the front desk (pay the card directly when checking out). Breakfast is extra, and the price/performance ratio is not high. Maybe it is closer to Switzerland. The hotel gave us a 2-day ticket and we went to the town for a walk, mainly for the lake view and shopping. Not recommended to stay here
