Amazing
ВВиталийАA luxurious hotel! Freshly renovated and furnished! The hotel smells amazing! The bed linens are amazing, and there's a pillow menu. The beach is gorgeous with white sand, but the water is refreshing. Amazing breakfasts and dinners at the restaurant. The tiramisu is better than in the dessert's homeland. I needed a thermometer, and a hotel medic came to the rescue and gave me a quick checkup. Thank you for your concern!
GGuest UserGood value hotel in Jordan
I have stayed in 5 hotels during 11 days of trip in Jordan. This is the best one !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
All of the staffs are so friendly and nice. The restaurant staff is helpful and considerate . On the second day morning, she remembered my breakfast preference 😨, even the details.
There’s an Italian restaurant right near the hotel. You can enjoy discount yet there were cakes, drinks and shisha.
The room is so comfortable and new. I love the design. The night view is so lovely and magnificent. The amenity are good , it’s way better than Movenpick hotel. This hotel offers Dead Sea products for the guests. You can have free drinks from the fridge as well.
MMoathThe hotel is beautiful and huge, but the swimming pools are very small and not enjoyable, and the sea beach is very small. The staff are wonderful and helpful
MMiaoxiaojieThis is the second Mövenpick hotel I stayed at during my trip to Jordan. Overall, it is not as good as the one on the Dead Sea, especially the service. When I made the reservation, I clearly stated that this trip was for our anniversary. The hotel did not make any decorations, and the front desk did not express blessings to us. Not only was it unenthusiastic, the room was even occupied on the first night because of the tour group that arrived that day. Yes, I changed the double bed room I originally booked into a twin bed room. This is completely different from the service at the Movenpick Hotel on the Dead Sea. I will not recommend my friends to come here, I am very disappointed!
GGuest UserBeautiful hotel close to the city center but there is not much to do there.
The hotel is a haven of peace where you are cut off from the world, you dress as you wish which is not necessarily the case outside.
The private beach is small, too bad we can't access the other hotels (walls delimit the hotels)
Small swimming area due to all boats passing nearby.
For a 5* the curtains with holes are average.
Otherwise everything else is great.
The breakfast buffet is huge and varied. The restaurants, on the other hand, are expensive and not great compared to the quality in the city center. They should have created a self-catering restaurant like in the morning.
KKbitygWe had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alena in Aqaba. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and even upgraded us to a more spacious room, which was a lovely surprise!
The hotel’s location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and the city’s main attractions. The cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Aqaba!
GGuest UserEverything was comfortable. The reception staff were very good, especially The Egyptian Mr. Fayz who works at the café, thank you very much to him. The hotel location is excellent, with the sea in front of you and markets and restaurants beside you, so you don't need to rent a car.
GGuest UserEverything was fine, but I faced a problem with the lack of availability. For example, I contacted the receptionist in the morning and asked for the room to be cleaned and for my shoes to be changed (the room was cleaned, but the shoes were not provided). In the evening, I asked for the shoes to be provided, and the receptionist replied, ”Immediately,” but my request was not met.
IIULIIA MILLERThe hotel is within walking distance of the beach. There's a large parking lot nearby, and a currency exchange and many shops on the ground floor. The bed was clean, although there were some small stains. The walls near the room entrance were dirty. Breakfast wasn't very diverse, but it was on the top floor with a beautiful sea view. We stayed for two nights; housekeeping was offered daily, but we declined, only taking the water. There's a mosque nearby, so you'll hear the morning calls – something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper. We accidentally broke a mug and reported it to reception, but they didn't charge us a fine.
GGuest UserThe Bedouin Garden Village is about 15 minutes drive from Aqaba, close to the Berenice Beach Club. The sea and beach are only 150 meters away. In the nearest area you will find a few more Guesthouses with restaurants and a restaurant/a bathroom on the beach. The beach itself has free sunscreens.
The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere in the Garden Village is very quiet and relaxed. The atmosphere offers many shaded places that invite to stay and relax in the shadow, but partly you could wash or clean the bedouin seats. It was not dirty, but also not 100% clean.
The Bedouin Garden Village is a diving school with friendly, fun, but also competent staff and good equipment. The diving courses were very relaxed and yet interesting, even for experienced dives.
The breakfast was unfortunately relatively simple: there were fladbread, fresh cheeses (however they were long in the heat), marmelade and a table with hummus, eggs, beans, some fruit and some vegetables. It was still sad. The lunch and evening card is not too extensive: there is a lot of frozen (fish, hamburger, calamari), a few salads and a few chicken courts. We can't get sad, it doesn't taste badly, but not particularly ”wow” - given the distant location, the choice of restaurants on the ground is limited.
The rooms were simple but still functionally furnished with air conditioning and refrigerator.
All in all a great accommodation to turn off for a few days in a quiet environment.
For hotels with Breakfast in Aqaba, the average price on weekdays is PLN 557, and on weekends (Friday–Saturday) is PLN 568.
