"I spent my birthday weekend in hyatt regency hotel. Best team ever specially the staff Firas, one of the best room service managers i ever met. made me 2 birthday cakes with flowers and balloons. Was literally heartwarming and so kind of him. Everything was amazing the location, the food and ambiance. I only think that they need to level up the room equipments and provide more of housekeeping in rooms."
