IIrrushkinA beautiful place! Quiet, quiet rest with first-class service. When settled, we improved the room - just a cafe. Personnel wonderful - all in their place. All wishes are executed instantly, but at the same time uninterrupted. Classic pool and garden. Very beautiful beach 2 minutes walk. A delicious breakfast. Also we had 2 times lunch at the restaurant - delicious! This was our best accommodation in Sri Lanka in 28 days! Thank you!
The train is going through the hotel area, but it looks very cool and unusual! Lyfhak: Railways reach the city 15 minutes. The main part of the road can be passed by side of the rails)

GGuest UserНикогда еще не тратила столько нервов в поездке. 1 - забронировала даты, все подтвердили, а в итоге хозяин написал, что не может разместить последние две ночи и это их ошибка, договорились, что переселят в другой отель. По прибытии выяснилось, что комнату нам все-таки предоставят (после нашей просьбы). 2 - комнату бронировали с завтраками, а оказалось, что у хозяина оплачен только номер без завтраков. Нам было озвучено, что это уже не первый раз (не понимаю, почему хозяин не решает эту проблему , сваливает вину на клиента, который забронировал не напрямую , а через посредников, говорит, что это не моя проблема). Кое как выбили завтраки, хозяин сказал это от него комплимент. Остался неприятный осадок, будто мы выпросили эти завтраки. На завтрак почти буханка хлеба (хлеб мы вообще не едим , пришлось есть, так как деваться некуда было), после ругани нам предоставили какое-то разнообразие пару раз. Впервые с таким ужасом сталкиваюсь. Хозяин сотрудничает с трип ком и уверяет что он с ними дело не имеет и их не знает.
Плюс: в отеле чисто , красивый вид с балкона. На этом всё. Никому бы не посоветовала здесь оставаться, есть отели ближе к берегу, местоположение этого гестхауса оставляет желать лучшего. Прямой дороги к пляжу нет, только закоулками , в итоге не менее 30-40 минут дорога занимала до океана.

Pph37czThe owner settled me in a one-room apartment instead of a two-room apartment with a terrace, balcony, kitchen, refrigerator without all these amenities. There was only one working socket for charging gadgets and a kettle.
But though the room was clean and there was an aircon inside. Bedsheets were clean as well. They also provide a towel for free.
As for bath and toilet it was also clean. There was hot water but no shampoo/shower gel in bath cabins. But there was a toilet paper.
There was a kettle in the room. As for cold drinking water they don't provide it. Internet connection wasn't working all the time.
There was a pretty good breakfast with fried 2 eggs, 4 tosts (but 2 of them were from old dried bread), butter and jam, fruits (3 pieces of watermelon and papaya, 2 bananas) and 2 drinks as tea/coffee and freshly made juice.
Located in 5 mins walking distance from beach.
The staff was accomodating and helpful.

GGuest UserVilla was superb and breakfast was really delicious! greenery was really impressive and beach access is just excellent and near by! only room wifi was not working properly in standard room!
