SSaranSSBrilliant place, very big room with a kitchen as well. Absolutely great after hours service as well. We arrived late and told the hotel before and the reception still came out of the back room to help us and recommended us with great spots to go visit and great dinner places as well. Had too short a stay at this place, will definitely come back for a longer visit. They even have a bathtub!!

GGuest UserNice welcome friendly and helpful when enquiring about things, not happy with wifi constantly fading and their answer was “ tried to get it fixed but ? “ on website they offer airport drop offs but don’t due to complaints from the local cabbies so why still advertise this !!! And finally when dropping off key on checkout didn’t ask how our stay was or anything so not happy with the service.

GGuest UserI visited the hotel directly the day before to confirm the reservation, but the hotel said the reservation was not accepted. I think there was some mistake on Trip.com. It is hard to trust. I finally got in touch with the staff in Korea and they resolved it well. Thank you to that staff. My family was very satisfied with the hotel. The staff was friendly and the facilities were good. It was old, but not disappointing. I used the sauna in the hotel, and it was really nice for the first time in a long time.
