Beautiful DisasterGreat staff, very helpful and friendly. There was an issue with paymwnt due to trip.com at check in and both trip.com's customer service as well as the hotels; were both very pro active and very attentive at clearing up thw mishap. Would recoment the Red Lion Hotel and Trip.com to any of my friends and family. Very pleasant experience!
