"When we first got to our room, unfortunately the air con was broken with water all over the floor, the staff came and mopped it up and left a bucket to catch the water, as we went to shower we noticed the towels were stained and ripped, 3 hours after we had checked in, we were told we had been complimentary upgraded! Which was amazing, the staff took our stuff to our new room, and we had a huge suite which was 10x better than the room before clean towels, cleaner area,a separate kitchen area to the bedroom and was 50Sqf in all. The Staff were so lovely and kind and really turned the unfortunate vibe of what we had checked into around! Location wise, there was not much within walking distance however the hotel offers bikes to rent for cheap to head into the busier part of seminyak."

"My husband and I stayed at Kanishka villas for a week for our 30 Year Wedding Anniversary. First time in Bali and we loved it.The location was great walking distance from shops & restaurants.It was very private & we felt very safe.The villa had there own security. We stayed in the 1 bedroom jacuzzi (room 20) & stayed in the pool villa (room 10).Both rooms were amazing.Breakfast every morning to our choosing.We had a choice to choose what food & what time set up in our room.It was fresh & delicious.We also had a floating breakfast in the pool..They offered room service for lunch & dinner.Bottled water everyday.Air conditioned roomsThe rooms were spotless very clean.Mosqito nets & daily mosqito treatment of the rooms.Hosekeeping every morning The staff were very polite,friendly and lovely to deal with.They were very professional and very helpful.The service they provided was exceptional.The staff made us feel so special..They accommodated to all our needs.Reception was open 24hrs a day.I would definitely highly recommend Kanishka villas for couples & families.It was an unbelievable experience.It was perfect.If you want to stay somewhere with comfort, privacy and style Kanishka villas is the place to be."

"A wonderful hotel located in a quiet area of Uluwatu. The staff and reception are very welcoming. Housekeeping cleans the room every day. The breakfasts are fantastic, cooked to your order. The hotel also offers food to order. The prices are very reasonable, making it a better option than eating elsewhere. There's billiards available. The villa is spacious. There are minor, non-critical shortcomings. Nearby, you can rent scooters and motorcycles. Pandawa and Melasti beaches are close by. Taxis are readily available. There's also a spa."

Всё было просто отлично — начиная с самих номеров и территории и заканчивая отношением сотрудников к гостям. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал. На протяжении всего нашего пребывания сотрудники постоянно помогали нам и действительно старались сделать отдых максимально комфортным. С каким бы вопросом мы ни обращались — всегда получали помощь. Причём это не выглядело как формальное обслуживание: чувствовалось искреннее желание помочь, подсказать и решить любую возникшую ситуацию. Благодаря этому многие бытовые моменты во время проживания вообще не доставляли никаких проблем. Номера новые, современные, чистые и очень приятные. Всё выглядит свежо и ухоженно, находиться внутри комфортно. Видно, что за состоянием виллы действительно следят и уделяют внимание деталям. Отдельное удовольствие — территория Casa Nova Villa. Очень красивая, зелёная и ухоженная. Здесь приятно просто находиться и отдыхать. Атмосфера спокойная и расслабленная — именно то, что хочется получить от проживания в Uluwatu. Но главное впечатление осталось именно от сочетания хорошего места и прекрасного отношения персонала. Можно построить красивые номера, но именно люди создают ощущение настоящего гостеприимства. Здесь с этим всё на высшем уровне. За всё время проживания у нас остались только хорошие впечатления. Casa Nova Villa Uluwatu однозначно можем рекомендовать тем, кто ищет комфортное, красивое и ухоженное место с отличным сервисом. Спасибо всей команде за гостеприимство, помощь и заботу на протяжении нашего пребывания. Мы однозначно вернёмся сюда снова, когда будем в Uluwatu!"

"I like the vibe of this villa, with amazing environment and traditional decorations, and staffs here are so helpful, but the insides need to be improved, such as basics and sanitation in the room."

"The advantage of this place is the spaciousness, it's a one-bedroom suite with a separate living room and a private small pool. However, the facilities are quite old. The doorknob was broken, the shower drain was very clogged, and the water temperature wasn't stable. The experience wasn't great. But as soon as we reported an issue, the staff quickly came to help resolve it, so the service was quite good. Another thing was the laundry service. Our clothes were no more than 4 pounds, just a small bag of summer shorts and tank tops. The next day, the manager said it was 5.6 kg, which is over 10 pounds – clearly not true. After we questioned it, they said the price was wrong and then gave us a discounted rate. The laundry wasn't expensive, in the end, they only charged 100K Indonesian Rupiah, but I don't like this feeling of being overcharged. However, the overall service attitude in Indonesia is very good; the staff are proactive in solving problems. But I feel that for five or six hundred a night, the facility experience isn't great. The amenities provided are typical of a very ordinary guesthouse."

"My 14-day stay at this hotel has come to an end. Let's start with the nuances. The renovation is new, but very mediocre. There's a regular sewage smell, the shower gets clogged, and water overflows all over the bathroom. Housekeeping isn't daily, but it's always available when you ask for it. The pool is clean, and the breakfasts are tasty. Yes, there's a long wait, but every morning I'd order and then go get ready; I didn't wait there. When I came back, everything was on the table, and I didn't experience any issues. Now for the good stuff. The value for money is superb. For this price, everything is good – the location, the bathroom and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. And a special thanks to the staff who are there 24/7 and fulfill any request. They helped me with my car when it broke down, cleaned whenever I asked, and fixed things if something went wrong. Rian and Ren are great guys, and they deserve a separate thank you! They are the soul of this hotel; thanks to them, there was a feeling of care and perhaps a bit of a family atmosphere. Overall, comparing it to other hotels around, I can say that if you're looking for luxury and plan to spend all your time in the hotel, this isn't for you. But if you're a traveler looking for convenience and a pleasant place at a pleasant price, this hotel is 100% suitable."

"A remarkable place to stay for a quiet weekend getaway. Stunning views of Lake Batur and Mount Abang by your window and terrace, with Mount Batur view from the main road. Walking distance to Nature Hot Spring which is awesome, and they have a restaurant by the lake, making the stay a lot more convenient. Staff are friendly and proactive, and they have options for activities too, ie. Batur sunrise trekking, among other things."

"We had an amazing stay at the villa and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. They were always willing to help and accommodated our requests promptly, making us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The villa itself exceeded our expectations. It looked exactly like the photos—beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms and common areas were spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. Everything was neat, well-kept, and contributed to a very enjoyable experience. Another huge plus was the location. It was conveniently situated near the places we wanted to visit, making it easy to get around and saving us a lot of travel time. Having restaurants, attractions, and other amenities within easy reach made our stay even more enjoyable. What stood out most was the overall service and attention to detail, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. We truly felt relaxed and were able to fully enjoy our time there. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return in the future. Thank you to the team for making our trip so memorable. "The villa is wonderful, I highly recommend it. It's not hard to find on maps, but you really need your own transport; a scooter works perfectly. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. There are only 6 rooms in total on the property. There's a pool and shared common areas. Entry to the first floor is via a special code, ask the administrator. You can access the kitchen area at any time. It's not always quiet, it depends on your neighbors. I happened to be there on a weekend, and there was no cleaning service at all. I would also recommend to the owners that they implement rules for guests to clean up after themselves in the kitchen area, because I saw dirty dishes in the sink for several days, even though I didn't cook there myself."
